Didn't have to leave message because they answer their phone. SEC worked around our schedule and were prompt. Workers were very professional, efficient, and polite. Left my home clean inside and outside. Saved the best for last...they were fair on prices. SEC is our new go to company for ac or heating repair/replacement.

We just moved into our home 5 days ago. The AC stopped blowing cool last night. SEC came out and maintenance the unit before we moved in. Everything had checked out. I called Stephen this morning at 6 am. He not only answered my phone call, but had someone at my house in less than two hours. They missed that the unit was low on Freon. Luke explained everything in detail to me and fixed it. Luke was very professional and knowledgeable. Surprisingly, SEC didn’t even charge me since they missed this during the inspection. SEC is a stand up company and exceeded my expectations! Definitely, will use their services again!
