John was so helpful and fast! We had a leak spring from our ac unit today and start coming through one of our light fixtures. Our normal ac people we use couldn’t get a technician out until tomorrow so we called around to a number of other New Orleans hvac companies. Integrity heating & air was the only company who had a technician available to come tonight AND he showed ASAP. He was very nice and diagnosed the problem immediately. My grandparents are in their eighties and lost their AC in the Louisiana August heat. Within a couple of hours of contacting Integrity on the weekend, they came out and promptly fixed it! Well done.

After having issues with another A/C company, I decided to call Integrity Heating and Air. They were prompt and courteous. They diagnosed the problem that the other A/C company did not catch. It turns out we needed a whole new unit. Integrity quoted me a price $1200 less than the other company. There was no delay in getting us scheduled, and they arrived when scheduled and notified me when done. They also worked with me on financing, so that was very much appreciated! Good honest company!👍

My AC unit stopped working and I called at 9:10 pm on a Monday night, they were at my door by 9:45, trouble shoot my system and repaired the broken part and were gone by 10:05. Super friendly, great communication and extremely quick. 100% recommend. Will be using again for any other issues I might experience.

Very satisfied with the work Integrity did at my house. They showed up quickly, were very polite, and fixed my AC the same day. The price was less than I was expecting which is always nice! I will definitely be using them again!

Absolutely amazing. Came out right away to conduct an assessment of the issue. Identified the issue immediately with 2 possible solutions. Came out with all the necessary parts the day after we indicated we were ready to move forward and made the repairs. Even managed to identify dirt cause issues with connections, saving us a ton of money and avoiding having to replace additional parts. Could not be happier. We requested a surge protector be put in, which was done immediately as the tech came with an extra surge protector on him. Extremely reasonable pricing and incredible integrity. All our HVAC needs will be going to Integrity from here on out. We couldn't recommend them more. Sam makes an effort to check in and keep you informed. You dont get that level of care nowadays.

When our AC started failing us at the peak of summer, we knew we needed help fast. It was a pleasure to work with Integrity on getting a new unit installed in our house, and quickly. They diagnosed the problem and in no time, we had a new unit in our house, and we felt the relief instantly.

I can’t thank Integrity Heating and Air enough! I had two other AC companies come out, and both immediately tried to sell me a brand new unit just because mine is “old.” Integrity actually took the time to run multiple tests, properly diagnose the issue, and fix the problem, no upselling, no pressure, just honest, knowledgeable work. It’s rare to find a company that lives up to its name, but Integrity truly does. I highly recommend them and their integrity!

We came home at 6pm on Friday and realized the A/C wasn’t working. We called Integrity and spoke to Sam the GM and he had someone out by 7:30.
The service tech was John and he was professional and personable. He walked us through the entire process and completed the repair quickly. We signed up for the membership and would gladly recommend Integrity Heating and Air to anyone in need. Thank you!

Jacob came out and had my A/C up and running within 30 minutes. Turns out the capacitor on my 7-year-old unit had gone out — who knew!? He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. I also signed up for their $189 Preventive Maintenance plan — living in the South, the A/C runs constantly, so it gives me peace of mind knowing it’ll be taken care of. Great service, fair pricing, and no stress. Highly recommend!

I went out yesterday for the day and when I returned home at 6:00 p.m. my AC wasn't on and the thermostat was blank. After some research online, I realized my drain pipe was blocked. It was a Saturday evening and after not being able to get the AC company who is supposed to service my two year old unit to commit to come out until Monday, I called Integrity around 7:45 p.m., thinking I could possibly get someone out on Sunday. They sent someone out that night. John came to my house around 9:15 p.m., took care of the problem, and was gone by 10:30 p.m. Very nice, very professional, showed me step by step what he was doing. Gave me advice on how to maintain the drain pipe for prevention of blockages. Before he even came out, I told them what the problem was and they gave me the price to fix it over the phone (of course, if that was actually the problem, which it turned out it was). You don't have many companies who will do what it takes, no matter the day or time of night, because, like they told me on the phone, ACs never break when it's convenient. I can't give them enough praise. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend to everyone. I hope I don't have to do it often, but they are now the only company I will use for AC repairs.
