8.19.2025 - Once again, this team is perfect!

Our technician was very prompt, courteous, humorous, and most of all efficient! When I contacted him I was extremely tense and apprehensive due to obtaining service from past companies that were less than par. It was also approaching the weekend which made it worse because I could imagine the part being unattainable until the following week. Needless to say James was true to his word and had our system running in a matter of minutes. I recommend them to anyone!

James was awesome. Figured out what the problem was in just a few minutes and had the part. I am back being warm in a very short time. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use him again.

The company employee was professional and introduced the a/c system check up process. He explained the outside unit inspection and the inside home inspection. My questions were answered . A summary and recommendations were provided to me.

The most efficient and well mannered maintenance personnel I have ever had the pleasure of having to call on. James came out last minute, late notice on a Sunday evening, assessed, and fixed the issue within an hour. He even assisted with a car seat install on his way out. Highly recommended for your service needs!

James was recommended to me and I gave him a call. He responded quickly. He even called back when I wasn’t sure I would be able to afford it and said he would work with me. He came out early in the morning and had the house cool by the time he left. Would recommend them to anybody who needs their services.

Technician performed the Heating season maintenance. Did a very complete and comprehensive inspection on the unit I have not had any problems with this unit. I have used this company for 3 years after they replaced my outdoor condenser and the indoor coil. They are very knowledgeable and competent technicians. they are polite and they clean up on their jobs. I would recommend them

This is the 2nd time to my mom's house. Infinity is always very quick to get to the job and fix your problem. And the price is always reasonably. Me and the boyfriend also use Infinity for our homes too. Thank you very much for getting to my 80 yr old mommas house and getting her taken care of last night!!
