Power went out about 10pm. Called Tommy at KT and he came out to check the situation. When the problem required new parts that he didn't have, he returned at 7am to make needed repairs. This is my new electrician.

Tommie is great. He was responsive, scheduled, on-time, and easy to work with. If I have another problem, I’ll be happy to call Tommie.

Mr. A J was very responsive. He came in and fixed all of my electrical issues that I had been procrastinating about. He was very professional and the price was great! I recommend K.T. Electric (Mr. AJ, specifically) for your electrical needs.

Excellent service and a total professional. After finding him on Google and cold calling him, the job was done in short order. He'll be my first choice as long as he plies his trade. He hooked up some meat processing equipment from my now defunct family business and I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and call this man. They don't have enough stars for me to appropriately rate him.

I called around 4:30 today on Christmas. I didnt think i was going to get an answer because it was on Christmas. I expected to have to make an appointment for the next day. But gave it a try because it says 24/7. Tommie answered and was at my house within an hour not only fixed my problem but also installed an outlet. Would reccomend this company to anyone if you want quality, reliable, fast service.

Tommy with K.T. ELECTRIC went above the call of duty to get the job done. I explained a personal problem and he worked us in around his schedule and even worked on Sunday to complete the job. He is a very good guy, thanks Tommy!

This company is awesome! Before calling K.T. Electric, I had two other electric companies to come out which both couldn’t solve the problem and in fact made it worse. Once called, he came out within 2 hours. He filed for the permit the same day and contacted Entergy. I would definitely recommend this company. Now I have a reliable electrician.

I would like to thank Tommie with K.T Electric.In light of us losing power last night with hurricane Francine we couldn’t get a answer from anyone we called this morning,but Tommie picked up as well as came over to asset the damages we had.i can say I was rather surprised at his prices an the speed in which he repaired our broken meter an panel box.especially it being so early after the storm.now just waiting for entergy to restore power.i would definitely recommend him an his company to others an will be calling him back if any other issues arise in the future.thank you Tommie for everything 👍

I found K.T Electric on google while looking for an electrictian.
Once I came in contact with Mr. Tommie and forwarded my inspection report to him.
He replied shortly thereafter with a fair and honest quote.
He repaired and replaced all items necessary to pass the re-inspection.
The scope of work was primarily working on the aluminum wirirng which he seems to be a master: he also worked on my outlets, switches, GFI's, ceiling fans and much more.
I do recommed K. T Electric for any and all electrical work.
He went above and beyond.
In my case he worked over the weekend.

Tommie, the owner, is the most professional, friendly and honest guy I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!!! I have an old home with some old wiring, and I was worried about the electrical damage it sustained from Ida. He came out when he said he would and was so knowledgeable that it turned out to be an easy fix! I highly recommend KT Electric for all of your electrical repairs or construction, affordable too.

My mom and I have had our trailer home since Katrina. This past weekend it caught fire and we lost all power.

There was already issues with the electricity flickering and on the day I was on the phone with Mr. Tommie, I screamed that I had to call 911.

The box outside on the pole was lightly on fire, the entire thing needed to be replaced, the pole, the wires, all the way to our box inside the trailer. The bottom of the trailer burned as well and as two women who are afraid of being conned and being seen as easy victims to charge an arm and a leg Mr Tommie is an honest, hard working man.

He got our power back in three days. Three! And EVERYTHING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED!

It would've been sooner if the other parties could've come in and supplies were there sooner. He's an amazing person with a heart full of kindness. He walks you through it all and explains in a way you can understand what happened.

I cannot thank you enough Mr Tommie. You did what looked like a hard three man job as one man and the pricing was very fair and affordable for this mother and daughter. He worked all day in the hot sun, then rain, then sun and storm. Seriously, he worked damn hard.

What's even more touching, we are an Asian household that does not wear shoes in the house. Without even having to ask him, he respectfully, did not bring outside mud and bacteria into our home. He walked back and forth taking off shoes and putting on his shoes inside and outside of our home and it meant so much to my mom and I.

Calling KT Electric was the second time I had to change electricians. Both prior guys managed not only to fail to solve simple problems with my wiring, but they actually made things worse, lied about their mistakes, and tried to charge me exorbitant amounts to replace things that weren't broken.

Tommy from KT was able to immediately see what was wrong and fix it, then repaired the damage the prior workers had done, and still charged me far less than I had already paid the other two clowns.

On top of that, he was both quick and accommodating. He responded to me immediately, was able to schedule around my needs as well as that of my tenant (whose apartment he needed to access), and finished the work in what seemed like no time at all. I was thoroughly impressed and will not use another electrician again.

He got back in touch with me within a reasonable time after I sent an inquiry on his website. Was adaptable to changing schedules and quick with the work he did. Good with his assessment and fair with his pricing. If you have electrical issues, you wouldn't go wrong with this company!

I had another electrician install a ceiling fan, and after about three weeks, the power in the bedroom went out. I called K.T. Electric at 08:30, and Joe was at my home at 09:36 the same day.
Joe was very professional and pleasant. He went above and beyond to locate and fix the issue.
His assessment was accurate, and his pricing was fair. Because of his dedication, commitment, and reasonable pricing, I had him replace a breaker and install a ceiling fan in another room. You will not go wrong with this company if you have electrical issues!

Tommie is a excellent licensed electrician. He went above and beyond to help us get some electrical issues back up to code. He really knows what he is doing, and makes sure that the problem will not happen again. He took all the stress off our shoulders, from dealing with Jeff Parish Permit, Code enforcement, and ENTERGY, to ensure that everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Tommie of K T electric in Terrytown, LA. While he was here he was even so kind as to replace a old outdoor outlet for us. Trust me, for any future electrical needs We will be calling Tommie first. To top it all off, he is very honest and charges a reasonable price for the job being done. In my book, he cannot be beat!
