Plumbing MD has done quite a bit of work for me over the last couple of years. I have been nothing but satisfied with them.

Tyler is amazing and professional!

I thought I was calling to fix a leaking pipe but they ended up having to replace a whole section of pipe. They showed me why they had to replace it, kept me involved their decisions. Communication was excellent. Very professional, friendly and sweet.

Not only do I use Plumbing MD on my personal home but on the homes that we build as well as some of the remodels. They are always friendly courteous and get the job done.

Great response. Back in Feb 2021 during ice storm we broke a outside faucet. He came and fixed it a few days later in the freezing cold. He also noticed water leaking from hot water heater. Turns out we had a major leak in out hot water heater. Great service. All around. Smelled gas in outdoor kitchen he came and checked it out! Would recommend to anyone! Quick and trust worthy!

A+ came out and assessed the situation, were honest and upfront. This particular case I had a leak in the slab and they were able to do a reroute without any Sheetrock damage that needed to be repaired. Hard to find guys that show up when they say they will and do the job they say they will. Not very many good plumbers out there but these guys are .

Very pleased with Jake and his company. We had an emergency due to drains being plugged. Jake came out quickly, ran an augur through the outside clean out, cleared a grease plug near street. Will highly recommend Jake w/Plumbing MD!

Plumbing MD was amazing to us! They came out to the “Touch-a-Truck” event and really served the community by investing in our kids, but on top of that they gave away a free toilet and the install! We were fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of this. They even fixed our damaged flange while they were here! Thanks Daniel and Jacob!

Plumbing repairs are a NIGHTMARE, but Jacob and his team did everything to make it easy on us. A backed up sink turned into a broken pipe from our kitchen all the way out to the sewer line! All the concrete breaking, and digging in the backyard was nerve-wracking, but his crew was so empathetic and reassured us that they would fix this. He was incredibly patient with us as we fought with our insurance company for the funds needed to pay for these repairs. We have received the highest level of professionalism from them, and really felt that they took care of our home as if it were their own. Their work was quick, thorough, and done so well. Thank you so much to Jacob and his team!

This is the third time I have used Plumbing MD and I'm glad they are young cause I want to use them for my plumbing repairs as long as I live. They are great, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. Not to mention, they know what they're doing. The drain and the 'pan' in my walk in shower were improperly installed after the 2016 flood and have basically been leaking ...slowly...for 6 years. I noticed it when it started coming up thru my floors in the small bathroom and my closet in the master bedroom...Not any more thanks to Plumbing MD. Use them. You won't be sorry.

It’s been a long couple of months and I finally have time to write this review on Plumbing MD Inc in Walker, La. My water heater failed one night and they came out within the hour. They helped me move a few things around because I was really stressed and trying to mop up water in order to save as much furniture as I could. They made sure nothing else was leaking, checked all my other fixtures to see if anything else needed attention, called the water mitigation company to dry my house up and talk to my insurance company. Oh, they also changed my water heater the very next day so I could have water to use. As a homeowner, plumbing issues makes life so hard but having a plumbing company I can trust makes fixing it so much easier. I didn’t know what a clean out was until I rolled over it with my mower and things went haywire. Handyman special had my ptrap backwards. Chain in my toilet somehow caused my toilet to constantly run. Put a hole in my pipe trying to hang a picture on my wall. Not sure how I managed that one. Yesterday my bathroom sink faucet handle popped off bc it was cheap thus spraying water everywhere. They fixed all of that and showed me where my shutoff was. They insulated my outdoor pipes too. I call them for almost everything because the things that isn’t in their scope of work, they refer me to someone who shares the same values and standards and I love that. Jacob and the technicians at Plumbing MD is truly amazing. They answer any questions and help me understand my options. I’ve learned so much about preventative maintenance because of them. I didn’t even know I need to flush my water heater out every year and I know who to call when that time comes. I don’t feel like just a number to them and that’s a good feeling. I highly recommend Plumbing md! Thanks!
