Jen is amazing! She is so detailed and at the same time does special little extras each time she cleans! Jen is phenomenal!

I am absolutely delighted to share my experience with Jen, who truly went above and beyond to transform my new house into a home. Moving into a house that was frankly quite disgusting was a daunting task, and nearly impossible with a 16 month old baby, but Jen approached it with unparalleled professionalism and dedication.

From the moment she arrived, her meticulous attention to detail was evident. She didn't just clean; she performed miracles. Every corner, every surface that once seemed beyond hope, was scrubbed, and restored to a sparkling cleanliness I didn't think possible. She left my house smelling clean and welcoming!

Beyond her exceptional cleaning skills, Jen showed immense kindness and empathy. She understood the stress of moving into an unkempt environment and took it upon herself to ensure not only cleanliness but also a sense of comfort and relief for me. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed.

Wow is the best way to describe Northern Shine! The communication was excellent from start to finish. They performed a deep clean of my house and I came home to way more than I expected. They cleaned stuff I didn't even think you could clean. They even organized and rolled the towels in my bathroom! The house smelled AMAZING and I couldn't believe the difference. Considering hiring them to do weekly maintenance cleaning as well! Would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again!!!

The ladies did a fantastic job! They cleaned the house as we were moving in and danced around us the whole time! We asked them to clean a specific part of the house first and they jumped right on it! Where is the button to give 100 stars? Jen and Nicole felt like I’ve known them for years as soon as they stepped inside. They cleaned the uncleanable fantastically. The words to describe how wonderful these woman are haven’t been invented yet. Seriously, if you are looking through reviews and wondering (like I was), their solid 5 star rating is for a very good reason, I highly recommend you give them a try.

Northern Shine has been cleaning for us bi-weekly since we moved to our new home in Monson 2 years ago. Fantastic service & excellent job every time!! Very reliable, Excellent communication & Attention to detail in their cleanings. So glad to have found them & my house always smells so good after they leave! 5 stars is not enough! 😊🙏
