The toilet stopped working. Thank you so much to Mike and Wendy for coming to our rescue late on a Friday afternoon (in the snow, no less!).

Brookside Plumbing has the right information inside and out. Whether it's about the structural architecture inside your house to aesthetic drywall. They have the knowledge and the patience to ensure you know what is happening while the contractors are there allowing you to feel safe.

We run the Claddagh Motel. We had a tank in which the pump went out. They pumped it out, diagnosed it, and fixed in less than 5 hours. It was the Friday before the 4th of July and they got it done without any disturbance or down time for our guests... very impressive!!! Thank you Mike!!

I have used Brookside Plumbing for many years. They are the absolute best. Always professional and their work is unmatched. Always neat and courteous and very quick service when I call. Very pleased.

So twice they were scheduled for our plumbing job. The first time they didn’t show, we called and the office staff said they should be at our house. We called again, spoke to Mike who said they weren’t coming (after we waited three hours) because they had to finish a job from the day before. The second time they were scheduled to come, three hours late for the confirmed job date we called and they said they would arrive after lunch... they never arrived or called.

No call no show. I do not recommend any service from Brookside.

I called on a Friday and made an appointment. The person who took my appointment said they would be out sometime on Wednesday, no time frame just sometime that day.

I took the day off from work and waited all day on Wednesday, no one showed up. No one called.
