I left a VM and got a call back within an hour. They showed up later that day and helped me out. The tech even cams back the next day to make sure everything was going well. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.

Bravo and 3 cheers for this fantastic business. They are very knowledgeable on the finicky pellet boiler in my home. When a urgent problem came up, they responded in under an hour. I am thoroughly impressed and I will recommend them to everyone.

I made an appointment as a new customer for a cleaning but the issues with my heating system got worse and I gradually started having zones with no heat. Someone extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful came right out and fixed the issue. The pipes are quiet and hot now! I’m actually looking forward to our next appointment. We will use A Maurais & Son for as long as we live in this area and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Fantastic. They always take care of my plumbing problems. BEST plumber I’ve ever dealt with in my 25 years building camps in Maine. Don’t call anyone else !!!!

It is Rare in today’s society to expect a high level of Professionalism and have that expectation fulfilled. I had several contractors review what needed to happen and offered several options providing the “Best” option for us. Not only did they provide excellent customer service on a Professional Level they were quite pleasant young men working in our home showing great customer interaction. The quote given was accurate to the penny and again the service was top notch. Don’t make a mistake and utilize anyone else in the area… You will get what you pay for!!! All of this occurred during the Coldest days of the year…

The installation went very well, and they even courtesy-checked on us a few times over the next few months to make sure everything was still going smoothly.
