$250 minimum flat rate charge seems quite excessive when they cancelled on me on 2 different days. I'm guessing because I didn't purchase the heat pump from them. The part was under factory warranty after I had pretty much already diagnosed the problem for them. I had to pay for the labor. They were here less then 1/2 hr .....$250 dollars. Wish I had been told that when I originally called.
