I have nothing but positives for this company. They returned my phone call, gave me a quote, showed up on time and did an excellent job. The 3 gentlemen were so nice to my nearly 3 year old grandson. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Wow can't say enough about Glen and Scott they came out earlier than expected and took them almost 6 hrs to fix our frozen pipes. Awesome guys very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and learn from them. Very quick response. Would definitely call them anytime for any future. Thanks again for your expertise and willingness to get job done for us and to make sure that we have water.

Scott and crew did a great job opening up my camp for me. They also installed a waterheater and replaced the cpvc water lines with pex. Hope to do business with him for many years to come!

I called Scott on a Monday about frozen pipes at a rental property. Come Thursday I still had not heard from Scott. Decided to call him again as he may be very busy, even though a call back only takes a couple of seconds. He says he has someone near me finishing a job and will be over after. I tell him to call first as nobody lives there isn't anyone living there. Forward 5 hours, still no call. Check with Scott and was informed the guy was already there. He didn't call??? I ask Scott why no call? Informed Scott didn't give the tech my number. Somehow that's my fault and Scott won't work for me now... apparently no great loss. I'll find a professional.

Quality of work was excellent and I was very pleased they could fit me into the schedule. The price was a bit extreme. The reason for a one star review is I received an invoice for parts/labor. They could not tell me what parts I was paying for. Even after repeatedly asking, they just ignored my request. They also admitted to billing me for them to go shopping for parts. They were not sure about times, something important when your paying $100/hr for labor and travel. It all just seemed a bit shady. Everyone needs a plumber but no one should be taken advantage of like I was.
