Called Dave and he happened to be driving in the neighborhood!
After having multiple service visits from another company that didn't resolve my issue, Dave found two issues and fixed them.
Price was very reasonable, service was prompt and professional!

My furnace went out while I was at work. My wife was home with our newborn son at 1am. The gentleman came promptly and fixed the furnace in 30min. Was very thankful. Only recommendations I would have is they don't accept debit or credit cards unfortunately. Maybe they will in the future. Service was good and the gentleman was respectful and knowledgeable.i would recommend them

Absolutely amazing service! My furnace went out at 2am and he came out super quick and fixed it right up. I have an ancient furnace and was honestly expecting to be told I was SOL but he got the old girl up and running again! Super kind and very knowledgeable. Fixed problems left behind by the previous repair technicians. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend this business and will definitely be utilizing the services again when I update and replace my furnace in the summer.

Dave came to service our old furnace on a house we recently purchased. He was timely and professional and did the work efficiciently - four stars for ability.

However, after a month or so, I noticed the gasket around the oil filter was leaking. I called Dave to let him know and he seemed very disinterested in the issue, though I reminded him that he was the one who worked on it, and it hadn't been leaking before. Dave gave me advice/directive to slightly tighten it myself and I did so. He was not interested in coming to address the concern and gave the impression of this call-back being bothersome.

My wife called back another month or so later because the filter is still leaking. Dave agreed to come out and investigate it. He came and replaced the gasket. Then he told my wife it would be about $200 for the service. She was surprised since it was an issue from his original visit. She tried pointing that out, hoping he wouldn't actually charge $200 to fix an issue he created, but he was serious. As she was writing the check and discussing it, Dave said he could have replaced the entire canister for $250.

My wife asked why he didn't just do that, and he said that since he'd done the initial work, it would be an additional $250 on top of the $200 for the work he'd already done. Insane.

Why would you not lay out the options before you did the $200 gasket replacement for a $50 delta, instead of waiting until after?

When my wife called Dave again later because she didn't like how it was handled, Dave basically said oh well to her feedback. Better luck with someone else. His feedback to her was that it wasn't leaking much - which apprently makes it fine.
