Foreman Pro Cleaning has been contracting with the Twenty Ridgely Limited Partnership since July 2019. The property serviced is a three-story commercial office building located in West Annapolis.

During this time, Foreman Pro Cleaning staff have provided all necessary tasks under contracted cleaning services 3x weekly, with sanitizing/touchpoint disinfecting, and consumables management and replenishment. Service areas include common hallways and restrooms.

They are honest and engaging in conversations about challenges that arise, and are partners in the problem-solving process. All tasks have been performed with the highest quality and attention to detail; they have met or exceeded expectations. Foreman Pro Cleaning Staff have always responded promptly to service calls and requests, and provided detailed photos of the problem areas prior to work performed as well as after work was completed.
