Bob was extremely helpful and professional. He inspected the issue then explained all the options available including the costs. Once we determined a game plan he completed the work timely and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Bob and call him in the future .

Perfect Plumbing came out same day to replace the water heater and fix the pipes. Our plumber was Sam Northup. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. He fixed all of the problems with the pipes and gave helpful tips on maintaining everything. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Called to have my hot water heater serviced at 9am and they were here working on it before I could get off the phone with Melissa, the office lady. Came in at 9:05, set the expectation of what was needed done, completed the job, CLEANED, and left! Exactly how every company should handle business. Was even able to schedule a service appointment for next year! Every service manager and employee was professional and pleasant to work with. Couldn’t recommend this company enough

The art of plumbing has reached a level of near perfection! The work was not easy - complicated by old mechanicals and mystery location of the well!

We recently had Perfect Plumbing out to fix an annoying problem. As usual, the problem was fixed perfectly! What we’ve come to expect: Bob assessed the problem, explained how it could be fixed (there were two ways) and the cost. Very up front about all. He was able to resolve the immediate problem quickly and cleaned up when he was finished. He explained what was needed for a long term solution.
