Our HVAC went down and we had no heat. Robertson inspected, provided a proposal, ordered the unit, and installed it in a shorter timeframe than anticipated. They did a great job! It was such a relief to my family to have heat in the house last night with temps in the 30s! This firm is my go-to going forward. Great job!

Had a plugged disposal and drain, called a major plumbing company. They came without proper equipment - did some work, but couldn't complete job. Called Robertson Plumbing and explained situation. They were at my door within 45 minutes and fixed the problem to Include a leak that was not there before the major company tried to "fix" my problem. I was very pleased with their work.

I made the mistake of calling a task rabbit to fix a broken spigot. instead of fixing it, the guy broke my water pipe. 🤯

I live close to Robertson, so i’d seen the trucks around. The operator picked right up and said a crew would be in touch within the hour. it actually happened.

Roderick and TJ figured out a way to fix a pipe in a totally inaccessible area with only minimal damage to the wall. Rodrick contorted himself to fit a space in the wall i didn’t think my five year old would fit in.

They fixed the issue in a few hours and were so darn pleasant about it. they even took the time to explain what they were doing and what kind of gas their truck used to my kiddo.

So glad i called them!

We used RE Robertson to do a full rip out and install new plumbing, gas and sewer lines for our home we are remodeling in Severna Park. We are very pleased with their quality of work and thorough professionalism from Phil who priced and managed the job for us from start to finish, and Bobby, their lead installer and his apprentices. We could not ask for better guys to work with. Thank you Phil and Bobby!

R E Robertson has been our go-to for plumbing issues for the past decade. Needless to say we continue to call on the company because of their expertise in the field and the professionalism and responsiveness of the entire staff. Their claim is true that no job is too big or too small.

Jake and his team did a great job installing a 50 gallon electric water heater and a well tank. Highly recommend would definitely use them again for my Heating and Plumbing needs Five Star

I was recommended to R E Robertson by my realtor, unfortunately my home was outside of their geographical service range. Phil was nice enough to take a look at our home inspection and give us an idea of priority level, price range and general advice for our plumbing needs. He was so responsive and did all of this knowing he wouldn’t be able to provide us his services. As first time home owners that means a lot and shows how much they care. Phil was able to notice something on our inspection that we didn’t realize was a higher priority than we initially thought. He gave us a great recommendation for our chimney needs here in Baltimore. If we ever move to Anne Arundel County, Phill will be our first and only phone call for any plumbing and heating needs. Thank you again Phil for being so kind!

My home was in need of replacing 2 units, our second heat pump was beyond repair and could not be saved, our first fIoor heat pump was 15 years old and had been brought back to life numerous times and it was time to say goodbye. The folks from R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating came right out, disconnected both systems and installed a new heat pump for our second floor unit and a new gas furnace and A/C for our first floor all in the same day. While it was not inexpensive, they were more than competitive and their workers did a fantastic job (thanks Randy!). All work was done on time and with the greatest of care.

It really doesn't get any better than this company. Everyone I've met at R.E. Robertson Plumbing & Heating has been super nice and very knowledgeable. They really think about the customer's needs. And they stand by their work. If something’s not right, just let them know and they will work with you until you are perfectly happy. They prioritize your schedule and do their best to accommodate.

We’ve had RE Robertson do several things at our house for plumbing/water related issues. The latest was an emergency situation. They are always professional, reliable and have never been over priced in my opinion. We would never call another plumbing company and would highly them to anyone needing a plumbing company.

Our sump pump stopped working and we had a flood in our basement. Called RE Robertson and they got right on it. Jake the tech was great to work with efficient and when the work was complete reviewed everything he did with us. We highly recommend them for both heating and plumbing needs

I'm very happy with the service I received from RE Robertson. When I called to set up the appointment the women on the phone was very nice and efficient. I've called there twice and both time the phone was answered after one or two rings by a very nice person.
When Marcus came out to service my air conditioner he was professional and thorough.He figured out what was wrong, got my AC unit working in good order again and explained everything to me. I would absolutely recommend this company for your HVAC service needs.

Waking up in a cold house on the Sunday before Christmas isn’t exactly fun but RE Robertson’s response time and service certainly made things better for us. After calling four companies who either weren’t available or didn’t reply, RE Robertson’s after-hours phone service answered quickly and a technician called us back in 10 minutes and was at our house in another 20. He also very clearly explained the after-hours fees so there would be no surprises. The issue was quickly resolved and while the gentleman was at our house, he went ahead and thoroughly tested the system. This is the second time we’ve used them and have found them to be super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and professional. Thank you, RE Robertson!

This company is great! I've used them for plumbing and a/c. They are always friendly, professional and quick to come out whenever we need them. Prices are reasonable and the work is done very well! Thank you RERobertson! You keep us cool, warm and our water running INSIDE pipes!

So happy to find a fantastic local plumbing company. I called several places for quotes for toilet and faucet installation and RE Robertson by far had the best customer service and responsiveness. Tracy was so helpful even with multiple schedule changes on our end. On the day of, the two plumbers were very respectful of COVID protocol, professional, on time, and did a great job. The whole project took less time and money than we expected.

The Customer Service in scheduling the service appointment was excellent and the two service technicians were very professional and provided outstanding work to quickly diagnose the problems causing my plumbing issues and fix them. Also, the prices to perform the repairs were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

After working with plumbers for the past 40 years as a contractor Bryce is the best i’ve seen! Quality of work was excellent!

I was so happy to call this company. I was having hot water heater issues. They were one of the few plumbing companies to answer the phone and schedule a tech the same day. They arrived at 11am and informed me of the few options I had to attempt to repair the hot water heater. Instead, they were able to get a new hot water heater installed that afternoon. The quality of work was great and they were very professional and helpful throughout. Highly recommended.
