I have been a home owner for over 30 years.
Joe is absolutely amazing. First of all, they answered the phone on New Year’s Day in minutes! We had the worst kind of sewage backup and Joe was here less than an hour, again on New Year’s Day!
Joe is extremely, professional, knows what he’s doing, very rare to get this quality of service nowadays.
On the top of that , their price was very reasonable.
100 % recommended! I would call them again without hesitation.

Jason Bonner did amazing work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would highly request him and this company to complete plumbing and heating issues.

Robert and Logan were great! They installed a new state-of-the-art hot water heater and a utility tub. Robert explained everything and provided troubleshooting suggestions for a flawless plumbing experience. We are very happy with WL Staton for providing us with an expert in his field. They will be our first choice in plumbing and HVAC needs! Review #2: Robert came back today to install a new pressure tank. He was (again) professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We are new to the area and could not be more pleased with all our services( new hot water heater, new utility sink and now a pressure tank). I cannot be more thankful. Chip, Carl and George battled bitter cold, snow, ice and a very stubborn condenser that was frozen solid to the pad to install a new HVAC system in our house to ensure we had heat with the incoming deep freeze. All options to remove the condenser were utilized. The team were respectful and accommodating throughout the ordeal and kept a good sense of humor even during moving the new unit into place through the uncertain footing. Carl walked me through the unit’s operation and made sure I was pleased with everything before leaving for his next call.

Robert was my plumber. Came out right at the time he said he would. Did a great job helping me with my broken sump pump. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Staton to other homeowners.

This was the most pleasant and easy transactions I’ve ever experienced with a contractor. Extremely knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. Pricing was transparent and offered a free estimate for repairs. They came out within 2 hours WITHOUT requiring an emergency service charge and even sent a text with the photo of the technicians that would be arriving. 10/10 recommend and will call them first in rhe future. Our tub faucet was leaking pretty badly, so we called a few plumbers. The first company that came out quoted us an extremely high price. Staton Plumbing (Joe) came out and quoted us nearly half of that. Joe was awesome, not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain what was going on and even showed me how I could handle it myself in the future if needed. I really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. I will definitely use Staton again.

Stellar service, reasonable price and a lot of willingness to go the extra mile. Coordinated and completed an install despite me giving them short notice. Friendly staff and great communication. Will be recommending to all my neighbors in the future.

Jason came out and diagnosed our water issue and got us back up and running. He was knowledgeable and professional even after he got stuck in the ice in my driveway. All he cared about was that my kids were able to take a bath again. Highly recommend Jason, great example of the type of people that make a business worth coming back to.

Was hearing a noise in the bathroom wall and then saw water dripping. Also, could not turn the main water valve off, so of course I wanted to get someone asap. When I called Staton they were able to send someone out immediately. Matt came and he knew exactly what was wrong. I also asked about making it easier to turn the main water off. He gave us different options. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Very pleased with the work and will be calling them for any plumbing issues or needs. One of the things I am big on is the customer service received and Staton was top notch.

Stiven was lovely to talk to and efficient. He clearly explained observations made furring my hvac check up. It was convenient and I didn’t have to wait all day.

Rodney and William did a great job installing the new gas furnace. They kept me well informed during process and explained the new system thoroughly. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous

I just moved to the area and I always make sure I have reliable plumber so I did some research and got 3 quotes and Staton Heating was far the best. My first call was a water filtration system and they sent out Mike. He was awesome. He told me the same things the others did but went into more detail. I joined their membership plan because you always need a plumber and I have peace of mind with Staton.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with. He is very professional and personable. He took the time to point out areas of our home that needed some upgrades to our pipes and water softener. Would gladly have him back.

Had a main drain backup the day before the snowstorm. Got an immediate response. Communication was excellent. Matt Kramer is an outstanding diagnostician, knowledgeable, professional and thorough and did an incredible job identifying the issue and fixing the problem.

Sam was outstanding and handled all my plumbing needs! He took the time to make sure the job was done right and didn’t rush a single step. He went through all the plumbing in my home, explained what to look out for, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before he left. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole visit. Truly just a nice and genuine guy. Highly recommend Sam for anyone needing quality, trustworthy service!

Jason did a great job. He quickly realized that the sink that was clogged was not the best way to snake out the problem. So he snaked it from the bathroom sink which was immediately behind the kitchen. The clog got cleared and when they were finished they cleaned up and when they left it was as if they were not there. I would definitely use Stanton again.

We had staton out today they were one of the most professional and courteous HVAC companies I ever had the pleasure of working with they did an outstanding job. Steve and Stevie were the tech. That came out both We’re outstanding I would highly recommend them to friends and family and definitely will call them in the future. If I have any problems plus I signed up for them to come out and keep my HVAC Clean and running smooth

Josh and the rest of the Staton team were fantastic to work with and would highly recommend. They were able to replace my water heater before a major snow storm and stayed late to make sure they got the job done right. 10/10

Edit 1/29 : Another issue and another great experience with Staton. Stephen came in to unclog my bathtub and was fantastic. They came when streets were still covered in snow, service was fast and affordable, and Stephen walked me through the problem and potential solutions. Problem solved! Highly recommend!
