Everyone we have worked with at Kris Konstruction has been lovely! From planning to install, they've helped us through the process of a total roof replacement after wind damage and have been professional and diligent, even when dealing with challenging insurance issues and unforeseen damage. I whole heartedly recommend them for any job!

Working with Joe and the team was a great experience! Scheduling our roof replacement was a breeze and Joe was able to help deal with several unusual circumstances with poise and good humor and patience. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Second time using Kris Konstruction for home improvement and certainly won’t be the last!
First time was a few years back to replace my townhouse roof. Once again, I called other companies for estimates on repairs and updating my home and help prioritizing projects. I either got no call backs or some very high-priced work. I called KK and left a message. Mike P., who oversaw my roof, called right away. I can’t tell you enough what an asset he and the different work crews that worked on my home projects, are to this company.
I’m in a 1225sqft townhome and am staying put so time to work on it! We put upgraded NUCore Performance LVP throughout the downstairs and upgraded StainMaster Pet Pro carpet on the stairs, and nearly all of the upstairs. But it didn’t stop there. We re-manipulated the stairs (landing and steps) which involved creative thinking “outside the box” from my ideas and the purpose, to the crew implementing it. Another crew repainted the stairwell where I can’t reach and the upstairs for me. ALL of this at Christmas time with a decorated tree up, and tiny home again, moving furniture as we go to make room for the flooring and work. The tree only toppled once LOL! EVERYONE was kind, helpful, amazing to work with and I got the updated spaces kids and I wanted inside.
Moving to the outside front of my townhouse. That was the bane of my existence and just UGLY! And not even functional! We started with new custom energy efficient windows in my front bay window area. New upgraded storm door then all new bay window and front door surround while repairing and improving functionality along the way. This created tears of happiness as I finally have both a functional AND Pretty home. Kudos to the outdoor crew of Tony and Ethan doing the work and helping me with the finishing touches.
And Mike… He’s psychologist, sounding/vision board, “handholds” at the scary parts of construction, cheerleader when needed to keep going with this, the final results are SO WORTH IT!!!!
I have future projects to do, bits at a time. I won’t even call another company. I’ll go right back to Mike P and Kris Konstruction for all my future home improvements. Thank you!

I highly recommend Kris Konstruction. I was very happy with the replacement of my roof.
Mike and the crew started from beginning to the end communicating with me step by step on what to expect. The roof looks beautiful and was stress free. Everything was done at a professional level. I thought it was going to be a long and stressful process dealing with a roofing problem but it was so easy and fast. They also made sure no mess was left behind for me to clean up. I noticed immediately other than how beautiful my roof looks with architectural shingles is my AC seems to be cooling my house better with the new roof. Approximately 8 years ago, Kris Konstruction replaced a roof in my house. These days, I decided to remodel an upstairs bedroom. After removing the ceiling, the contractor, I hired, noticed water damage around a skylight and suspected the roof leak. Counting on the KK warranty, I called them. Obviously, KK pondered other reasons as well (e.g., the skylight is old and leaky). Still, a KK representative arrived to examine the leak and promptly accepted their (KK replaced roof) fault and scheduled the next visit to fix. I also appreciate that snowy weather did not delay KK fixing activity.

Getting a new roof is a scary undertaking. Tyler Pusloski is my consultant and he answered all my questions and concerns. The roofing team showed up on time and did professional work. They also corrected damaged portions of the sub-roof. I have a chimney penetrating through a steep section of roof but I have no fear it will leak. I could see the care they took to do it right.

A week or so after the installation a gutter fell off during a storm. They fixed it quickly demonstrating their professionalism and commitment to my project.

Our sales manager Michael was a wonderful person to work with. He explained everything thoroughly. He was very professional and responded promptly when I made any inquiries. He truly cared about the project and even pitched in at the end with helping the workers with the cleanup. There was no debris left on site. I would highly recommend Kris Konstruction for any home remodeling.

The overall process was amazing. Jeremy kept in touch to give updates and checked in. Raul the contractor called to keep me updated letting me know what will happen at each point in the process. Most of I want to thank Cate. I know that I got on her nerves with the calls and texts but she responded every time. The team at KrisKonstruction is amazing. If you are looking for a kitchen remodel call them.

Kris Konstruction renovated 2 of my mothers bathrooms as well as her main level hardwood floors and did a wonderful job. From the day Brandon came out to meet with us, through the end of the job, it was a great experience. Brandon explained all of the options, brought samples, took accurate measurements, and the team was great at communication as the project went on. Pricing was very fair and more honest than other quotes we got which we greatly appreciated. Once the material was in the install was very quick and accurate, the crews cleaned up after themselves, and my mom was very happy with the end result. Certainly will be our go to for any renovation projects in the future!

Kris Konstruction renovated my bathroom and kitchen at the same time. I had a positive experience from the sales consultation with Eric and Brian to the final results. The office assistant Cate was wonderful in helping me understand next steps before the actual work took place. Tony and Bob worked on my kitchen and they were professional, helpful, and fun to work with. Efrain and Sender worked on my bathroom and they were also professional and informative. Friends and family told me to expect to be inconvenienced for 4-6 weeks, but that was far from my truth. The complete renovations only took 7 working days. The results of their work is beautiful and more than what I imagined. I love my new look.

Brandon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable dealing with my insurance to ensure I was covered from wind and storm damage. He stayed consistent with communication and answered all of my many questions. Overall the process was super streamlined and I’m happy with the results!

We just had our Kitchen remodeled with Kris Konstruction. We sought quotes from competitors and KK came in much more reasonable. Which at first had us a bit worried as great reviews online can be misleading. That was not the case with our project. From our salesman Jared, to Tony/Bob who did much of the onsite work, Cate at the home office with coordination, we had a wonderful experience. Our kitchen looks 1000 times better, we took down a wall, added a ton more counter space and more cabinets. We also decided to completely replace the floor. As with all contructions projects there were a few hiccups, but easily dealt with in a professional a fair manner on all counts. If we have any future upgrades I will not hesitate to reach out to the folks and Kris Konstruction.
It was a long month but not painful and the outcome definitely worth the wait. Thank you Chris and Team!!

Kris Konstruction did an excellent job replacing our roof. Brandon was our initial contact with them. He was very efficient with all the details. The workers completed the job in one day and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

Job Well Done. We are very happy and pleased with our shower upgrade. The installers efficiently completed the upgrades to two of our bathroom. The team communicated clearly and worked while causing a minimum inconvenience. I will recommend them without hesitation.

I had a minor leak in my roof and Mike P. was out ASAP to evaluate and advise. He was able to quickly get an estimate over and get me scheduled for a new TPO roof to prevent any further damage. The crew was great and cleaned everything up on the roof, deck, and sidewalk upon their completion. I would highly recommend Kris Konstruction for any home needs!

We recently had our 70 year old bathroom renovated by Kris Konstruction and were very pleased with the results. From the design team to the project manager to the contractors, everyone performed their jobs with utmost professionalism. A special shoutout to Brennen, our project manager, for his tenacity in demolishing the old plaster walls and tiles that encased it and who provided constant communication keeping us informed of each step in the project. We highly recommend Kris Konstruction and their contractors for any of your renovation projects.

From beginning to finish, I was greatly impressed by the customer service and workmanship from Kris Konstruction. Michael, our salesman, was terrific, explaining the process and being responsive to every question we had. The job was scheduled and our roof replacement was well coordinated throughout. Our new roof looks great and I was most impressed by the cleanup. It was as if they weren’t even here. Best experience with any type of contractor in a long time.

We have a multifamily property in Baltimore city that had some areas on our rooftop with TPO roofing that was leaking. I came across Kris Konstruction as a referral from a coworker. Imagine my surprise when I found out that someone whom I worked with previously, and highly enjoyed working with, Selene, had joined their company. Selene came out with one of their technicians (I can't remember his name but he was great) and I showed them the affected area. The tech was able to diagnose the source of the leak, and then did an excellent repair, which has held up great. I highly suggest Kris Konstruction for roofing, although I haven't used them for anything else yet. I would definitely inquire about the other services they offer.

I had Kris Konstruction come out and inspect my roof After this terrible snowstorm that left me with multiple leaks in my roof. Thanks to Kris Konstruction Coming out so quickly, they were able to tarp my roof and stop the leak. After they were able to provide me with a fair estimate and now I will be getting a new roof once the weather is better. Special thanks to Joe Dunn for all of his help through this process.
