My house fire sprinkler leaking, I called to Wolf Fire Co. and my problem solved in one phone call. The technician who came, he was very nice and job well done. Good and fast service for reasonable price. I recommend this company!

I had a nightmare situation where a pipe of a sprinkler system leaked and my plumber could not touch it. This happened Sunday and I had to start making calls to residential fire sprinkler licensed company on Monday, Presidents’ Day. I think I made about 20 calls, and most places serviced commercial fire sprinkler or were not immediately available. Wolf fire protection folks were attentive and within an hour, had a technician, Danny C. come out and service the leak. If it weren’t for Wolf fIre protection and Danny, I would’ve had to wait until at least 1-3 more days for someone to service it. Moreover, everything to include water damage restoration and contractor to fix the water damage would have to wait for a few more days. I was very impressed by jake and Tim for quickly responding to my call and getting Danny to come out. Danny was an awesome technician who quickly fixed diagnosed and fixed the leaking sprinkling system. Overall, I was very happy with Wolf Fire protection and impressed by their professionalism and immediate service support. I was very satisfied with the process and I highly recommend them.

Couple months ago WFPI worked their magic on our leakey sprinkler pipes and we were very pleased with the experience. Technician was very able and accommodating. Fast forward, I had a plumbing issue with another company that I was very unsatisfied with their recommendations and needed to get an honest answer. I reached out to WOLF, shared pictures with them, and they answered all my questions even though it wasn’t their scope of practice. They recommended an alternative plumbing company and they did the job. I was very pleased. I think even though it was not WOLF’s responsibility they went above and beyond to help me out. In my view, WOLF is a keeper: for their honesty and their integrity. Thanks again.

Called 10 days ago for inspection. Told by V that she would have to check with service manager for an appointment. Promised to call me back the next day. Never happened. Called another company a few days later on our plumber's recommendation; owner promised to have someone call me that day. 20 minutes later got a call from a tech finishing a job in my area. He came over 30 minutes later. He came back yesterday to take care of the problem (a 2-man job) and did a great job. Which company do you think I will use in the future?
