I went back and forth for a while trying to decide to have my house cleaned. I have ridiculously high standards of what "clean" is. I did a ton of research and reading reviews before deciding on a company and moving forward. Scheduling was quick and painless, the price was great, I emailed customer care with a question and received a response within a half of an hour. But, then when the time came 2 young guys showed up at my house as the cleaning crew and I was disappointed. My expectations plummeted! I don’t know of any men who could come close to what I was expecting. (Yes, I know it was judgmental) Well, LET ME TELL YOU; THEY NAILED IT!!!! Not only did they meet, but exceeded my expectations! They moved and cleaned behind and under EVERYTHING. Took TVs off the wall and cleaned the back of the TV and the wall behind it. Moved everything, even dusted my extra hand soap bottles and my cleaning supplies that were on a shelf. They moved cases of water to clean under and behind it. I mean EVERYTHING is spotless!!! I could go on and on, but no one would read it! I cannot express how beyond satisfied I am, I will continue to use them and have already recommended them to people! DO YOUR THING BALTIMORE HOME CLEANING!!!

I can't say enough about how great the service was. They were very nice, cleaned thoroughly (even in the spots that are not immediately evident), affordable, and asked about any special accommodations needed to ensure a good experience. I would happily recommend them to others and will continue to utilize their services.

Living in the city I always get tons of dust from the streets. It has always been a challenge to keep my flat neat and tidy. A friend of mine recommended me to this service and it was just what I needed.

Sharda and Jennifer did an OUTSTANDING job. If it was possible to give 6 stars I would. The cleaning options were extremely customizable and comprehensive. I scheduled a deep clean and I could do surgery in my home now. There was insane attention to detail. My home has never been cleaner. I would fully recommend this service and will certainly be scheduling standard cleanings with them regularly.

BHC was able to come clean my home on very short notice. It was easy to book online, and they showed up within the allotted timeframe. They had no problem navigating my 3 (overly friendly) dogs and tackled a bathroom that had been left extremely dirty by a tenant. I highly recommend and will be using them again when I need a deep clean.

After another cleaning service canceled, I was in a bit of a crunch. Thank goodness for Baltimore Home Cleaning! Getting my apartment cleaned couldn't have been more painless. I was able to book the appointment online which is a huge plus for me. I live in an apartment building, so I left the key at the front desk and came home to a sparkling clean home. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I used BHC today and tried their move-out cleaning service. Very efficient and friendly service. The ladies definitely know what they’re doing. The only thing that’s not worth 10/10 is that they have a flat rate based on the number of baths/beds, but my apt is kinda small. However, still worth the price. Overall nice experience!

My boyfriend and I had never had a professional house cleaning before, and we will definitely be using BHC again! Great value on our tight budget and a very worthy investment in one’s quality of life. We got a standard clean for a one-bedroom. I did have some trouble delivering my key in person ahead of time, but I received a call first thing in the morning and we worked it out to leave it in the mailbox.

The cleaners did an amazing job, even got the grime out of the tub, and dusted our ceiling fan, hallelujah! Objects we left out were very nicely grouped and tidied, which left a tear in our eyes, and the bed was even made. Thank you, Lauren G!

Our house was not easy to clean-cut it's cluttered, disorganized and had been neglected for far too long (yeah, it was dirty). Shannon and her partner were very gracious and did a great job in a challenging environment! We will be using them again, for sure!

The cleaner showed up within the time window and we left her alone to clean and when we did a walk through once she was done, we were completely blown away. My experience with Baltimore home cleaning service was excellent. The representative I spoke with Chris was very professional in the beginning when I called about rates, and how their service worked. I requested a 30 minute call prior to coming the day of cleaning which was honored. The individuals that cleaned my apartment for move out were phenomenal, efficient, and very expedient. Did an excellent job with a move-out cleaning of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment looked spotless when they were done! And scheduling the appointment through their website was very easy. I was able to get the cleaning scheduled within a couple of days of first contacting them.

I had a Deep Cleaning scheduled on May 7, 2020. The cleaning crew showed up on time and began their work immediately. Bonita H. and John S. arrived and thoroughly deep cleaned our dwelling. They were friendly, courteous, professional, responsive, and most of all very thorough and diligent in their approach to cleaning. When they finished, they asked me if I would like to do a "walk through" which I did, and much to my surprise, our dwelling not only looked clean, tidy and sparkling, it smelled really good too. I was very pleased with their work, and all I can say is that Baltimore Home Cleaning Services is very fortunate to have these two hard-working individuals working for them. I look forward to our next cleaning which is scheduled for early June 2020 and I have requested them to come back.
