Rod did excellent work treating our 3 area rugs with water damage. They were able to fit me in same day for a cleaning during a holiday weekend! Highly recommend this company !

I had a great experience with Priority Carpet Cleaning. I called and spoke with Rod on Saturday, I detailed the service I needed, he set the expectation for service and scheduled my cleaning for the same day. Rod was professional and provided great customer service. This is the second time I've used Priority Carpet Cleaning and I look forward to working with them in the future.

I hired Rod for a carpet cleaning job because I was moving out my home. I couldn’t be happier with the results he was professional Punctual and extremely thorough and remove some tough stubborn stains that I didn’t think would come out you could tell he takes pride in his work because the Carpet looks so refreshed and they smell amazing really great service and great value. I’ll definitely call him again.

Rod did an AMAZING job with our carpet! He was very amenable to changing the originally scheduled appointment after our house got sick with the flu! He was early and very knowledgable about the long-term care of our carpets. This will definitely be our go-to service in Baltimore! Five Star experience!!!

I had Rod come out to our boat and deep, clean our carpets, and also our sofa. Rod showed up on time and did the work. I noticed an area on the sofa the following day that may have been overlooked. I contacted Rod. He assured me he’d be back out to take care of it and he did show up just like he said, and took care of the overlooked spot. Very good people to deal with and I would use them again.

My hardwood floors needed a major cleaning. Rod spent time explaining different options and then cleaning my hardwood even better than expected. He managed to get up some sticky residue that had been impossible to remove. Would definitely recommend Rod for your hardwood cleaning needs.

Rod was patient, explained the cleaning process and tips we could keep it looking, feeling and smelling good to keep our home refreshed. Would definitely recommend his services.
