The staff at Air Duct Pros did a very good job for us. They were extremely flexible with our scheduling our appointment. Melissa keeps on top of things in the office and returns e-mails promptly. The two man crew were polite, efficient and professional. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. My only suggestion is that I wish the crew would have told me their names upon arrival. They got to work so quickly that I didn't have a chance to ask.

Air Duct Pros is owner-operated and they do a great job. They are prompt, courteous and pretty much explain things to you, which is helpful as we have never had air ducts or dryer vent cleaning done before. They work efficiently, and show before and after photos. Our ducts and dryer vent were very dirty. It was helpful to know about changing of air filters a little sooner, before they get “bad,” and that duct cleaning should be done about every 3-5 years. No upselling. Melissa called us the day of service and said they were about 10 minutes away to let us know. They were very nice with our pets as well. Easy to set up an appointment (did via phone). I like that this is all they focus on, too. Owner and 1 technician came out to do the job together. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. They worked at a friend's house and did a great job. So, I had them come to work at mine. They were on time. Friendly. Considerate. Respectful. Clean. They worked hard and did great work. We noticed a difference in the air quality the very next day. Outstanding.

These guys impressed me in many ways. Naturally had to shut off heat pump to do the cleaning, and they accidentally unplugged my condensate pump, causing an overflow of water in one of the most humid days of summer. Something like that is very hard to prove, so I expected to have to fight... to my surprise, they came back and made everything as good as new. Consummate professionals here. Would (and will) recommend them to my family, friends and clients. Contractors can be difficult to deal with, but not these folks!

I'm 100% satisfied with the service from Air Duct Pros. It was easy to schedule our cleaning, the team were very professional. They arrived on time, told me everything they were doing, cleaned up after their work, showed me before and after pictures of our ducts, and were incredibly friendly. It's rare these days to find such an excellent company to work with!

I would definitely recommend Air Duct Pros to anyone who needs duct cleaning or dryer vent cleaning. I was able to schedule very quickly and they are currently offering discounts for paying in cash. I really liked that they explained everything to me before doing it, and allowed me to ask questions. You can tell they know what they are doing! But the real reason I am giving them five stars is that they stand behind their work. After they left I could feel a vibration every time I ran the air conditioning. They came back out a few days later to check it out and told me if it was something they had done, they would cover the costs to fix it. Luckily they found a small piece of wood that had fallen into the unit during cleaning and it was an easy fix! Their prices are good and in line with other companies. All in all a good experience!

Im a 42 year construction professional with a focus on commercial restoration. When searching to hire a duct cleaning company, I spoke with 3 other companies with lower advertised pricing before hiring Air Duct Pros. I didn’t hire the others because their stated approaches to our particular duct configuration - which is not unique or difficult - was wholly inadequate to bringing about the needed cleaning result. (One company even said “First we brush the ducts, THEN we turn on the vacuum”). I paid double what the lowest offered price was, and I’m glad I did…I got the best result possible. The technicians were careful around my air handler’s coils, patched their holes well, and cleaned up well after themselves. The cherry on top is that their office staff does an excellent job at reminding you of your scheduled work date, and of communicating the time frame when the crew will show up at your house. It takes a lot of work for a construction services company to develop and maintain this kind of work culture. These folks know what they’re doing, and are a good value.

After a super frustrating ordeal with another Air Duct company that essentially scammed me, I found Air Duct Pros. I shared what had happened and was assured that would not be the case working with them. All my communication was done via text (which was a nice bonus so I had record of our conversation) and I was easily able to schedule an appointment. Duane and his team were very friendly and personable. They even gave some love to my pups when they got in the house. I felt comfortable as Duane informed me about everything he was going to do and why. They were done with the job well-within the time window and showed me all of my before and after pics. I appreciated the honesty about the process and the recommended maintenance (3-5 years). Funny since the other company told me it had to be done ever year! Price was reasonable comparatively to others out there (a company tried to charge me over $900!). Value was great :) Thanks for a great experience.

Ok is a bad day in the DMV for weather. They showed on time, actually early, and very professionally went about their tasks. They also provided feedback on the 2 systems and my dryer vent

Hired another company to perform a duct cleaning about a year ago and it was nothing but problems. Vents didn't seem fully clean and they caused issues with my unit.

I HIGHLY recommend Air Duct Pros Inc! We contacted them due to having issues with us coughing a lot in our house. We thought we would try the service to see if it would help. It definitely did! The house and air in general feel so much better now! Melissa in the office was great to deal with. She got us scheduled quickly, provided us a time frame for the visit, contacted us the night before to again confirm, and then contacted us the day of to let us know when the crew was on their way. Duane and Eric showed up and were amazing! They treated my home like it was their own, ran through every step of the process with me during the visit, took before and after photos and showed me on the spot, and then cleaned up very diligently. They also went above and beyond to help me secure 2 air vents to the ceiling that kept falling off the wall for no extra charge. This company truly cares about happy customers & cares about putting out clean, great quality work. Price was very affordable and flat rate - no extra charges or hidden fees. I definitely suggest using them for your air duct cleaning needs! They will treat you like you’re family!
