My furnace went out and I called on the recommendation of one of my neighbors. Even though they were booked solid the owner came out to work on my furnace, he had me up and running and I ended up buying a whole house humidifier and a wireless thermostat that were installed. They have a life long customer in me, and I will recommend to anyone.

The technicians from Joyce Heating & Cooling just finished installing our AC and furnace. They were very professional and were extremely helpful when demonstrating our newly installed equipment. Very unprofessional and slow. Highly unsatisfied

Day 1 the tech called 45 mins after the appointment window to say he was held up and come out the following day. Day 2 the tech is a no call no show. The receptionists couldn’t care less. The manager never called to explain nor apologized. Not waiting for day 3!
