Mr Scott came in for an emergency call on a Sunday morning. He could easily have taken a quick look at the system and then said he couldn't do anything until Monday when the manufacturer was available. Instead, he diligently and persistently looked for a way to get our heating system back online. His persistence paid off, and brought heat back into our house just before freezing night.
