We had Alon and Daniel do a massive bathroom expansion for us. Not only did they renovate the whole thing but they expanded the structure across the roof of our garage. Their prices can't be beat, they're licensed and everything was permitted/inspected, and they were incredibly kind and flexible. Best part was, they stuck to their original price despite things coming up along the way. They're the kind of people you want to have on your team when a job needs doing. Daniel also constantly dropped in during construction to oversee things, explain things to me, and make sure I was satisfied and informed every step of the way. I recommend them to all of my family and friends, and really can't say enough good things about them - they're the best!

Our home was built in 1988 and needed some serious repairs - the railings were loose and there was visible rust on joist hangers, nuts and bolts. We conducted internet searches to find a company that would meet our needs. We looked into a half a dozen businesses and chose DYS construction. Alon and Daniel were very easy to do business with - We were very happy with the repairs and after the project was finished we had them upgrade some of our electrical needs. :-)

DYS installed a shower in my half bath and extended my deck. The work was excellent, the people were professional and they were always on time. The next time I need any work done I will definitely use them again. I have referred them to others who were also extremely pleased with their work. Thank you so much.

The DYS team did a great job remodeling our bathroom. They were very responsive to our asks and were quick to start. Highly recommend to anyone's home improvement project.

DYS put a roof and doors on what was once a dilapidated old garage in my back yard. It looks fantastic and is a functional garage now! They were very personable and easy to work with. They offered excellent prices (including things like some tree trimming of the branches that were in the way of the garage for no added cost), and got the work done super fast! I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about these folks. the entire experience from start to finish was & is fantastic. Everyone who has seen & been on our deck (including our regular plumber & electrician) has commented on the quality of work, the materials used, and the overall 'feel' of the deck itself.

Let me start at the beginning -their quote was significantly lower than others, explanation of the process was clear & professional, and scheduling was very easy. Work began quickly, and the entire process was a breeze.

In under a week, we were enjoying the deck -and honestly, I can't believe we didn't do it sooner. Usually, I'm somewhat nervous about having folks do serious work like this, but definitely not this time. Everything was left clean, and there have been zero surprises.

If you need work done, these are the folks to call.

I contacted DYS after a storm damaged the siding on my house. Every aspect of the experience, from the speed in which they returned my call, the job manager arriving at the allotted time for the estimate, to the work crew completing the job to my satisfaction. The whole process was professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company

My wife and I were very pleased with the job Daniel and his crew did constructing our carport. Their professionalism and dedication were outstanding. The double-bay structure was completed in one week at a very competitive price. We highly recommend DYS Construction. Bob Mueller

The team at DYS Construction did a fabulous job. The crew worked 12 hour days to make sure they got the roofing job done before the rains came. The job site was cleaned up every night.
Alon and Daniel understood exactly what this house needed and used good quality materials. I really can't praise them enough.

DYS Construction did a great job repainting the front of house and replacing door trim. They were fast, reliable and did an incredible job.

DYS Construction LLC did an amazing job. They went above and beyond and began work the day after I signed the contract. In addition, everyone was very courteous and helpful when I had questions and needed additional assistance. DYS installed a custom interior door Height 1st Side: 75 inches/ Height 2nd Side: 57 inches, Width 24 inches. I will definitely be using them again for future projects. Thanks again, for you alls amazing work.

DYS Construction replaced my old deck.
They have been very responsive, clean, professional and friendly throughout the entire project.
They installed a new pressure-treated wood structure, a staircase, composite Trex boarding deck and PVC railings.
It came out amazing!
We now can enjoy our new 18X18 new beautiful deck.
Will hire them again with no hesitation for future projects.

Highly recommended

I hired this company to inspect the quality of the roof replacement made by another contractor. The DYS Construction behaved in a highly professional way. They arrived on time, climbed up on the roof and inspected every inch of it. Then they produced a detailed report with photos and recommendations.
What else can a house owner ask for?
But what matters the most, is that the Company's personnel is decent and honest. When I asked them what do they think about the price I paid for this roof work, they told me the construction company whose work they inspected, made a very good job at a very fair price. Then they honestly told me that the same work carried out by their own company would cost me several hundred dollars more.
I think, this is the best characteristic of DYS Construction Co.

DYS Construction did a wonderful job with my bathroom remodel. I met with Alon Kalka and Daniel Saslow for the initial walk through and they listened to my ideas and provided great feedback on how to meet my expectations and stay within budget. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to begin the project bringing in crews that were skilled and courteous. I felt they went above and beyond to assure that the project covered all my needs, both of what I knew and didn’t know, and were in continuous communication with me each step of the way. The project took a little over two weeks but was well worth it to get to the finished product. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them to anyone considering a contractor for their bathroom remodel.

DYS replaced our badly damaged roof in our row home within a few weeks of the estimate. They were excellent at communicating with us about the overall project, day-to-day access to the property, and next steps if there were any issues (there were none!). Importantly, they were impeccable in the construction, finish, and clean up. They stayed within budget and continued to follow up afterwards to ensure everything was as it should be. I see why they have an A+ rating on Better Business Bureau and we 100% recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with DYS Construction during my recent full bathroom remodel. Their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional work truly stood out. The team was professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire project. I'm extremely pleased with the final result, and I highly recommend DYS Construction for any home renovation needs.

I loved every bit of my experience with DYS! They were responsive, neat, self-evaluating and reasonably priced. We had a very old built in dishwasher that needed to be cut out before we could install a new one. Other quotes were almost TWICE what DYS quoted us…. So we decided to add another job which was pointing up brick and repairing some masonry around our driveway and front steps. They did a wonderful job on everything!! They were able to take care of replacing the dishwasher without tearing up our wood floor (which others said would have to be done in order to get the old one out). And they even went to pick up the new dishwasher for us even though that was not in our original contract. I did not even have to point out the small areas that were missed in the masonry job. The owner’s son showed me where the errors were himself and proactively said “we will get someone here tomorrow to take care of that for you.” They even went above and beyond the scope of the contract to make it even nicer than we needed. I am so happy with DYS and I feel like we have a positive relationship with a very well run family business! Thank you so much!

I recently had my roof replaced by DYS Construction and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team at DYS was professional, reliable, and efficient, and they completed the project on time and within budget. The new roof looks great and I am confident that it will provide many years of protection for my home. I am very impressed with the quality of the work and would highly recommend DYS Construction to anyone in need of a roofing project.

I have been very impressed with Daniel Saslow and his crew throughout our kitchen/ bathroom project! He is very pleasant to work with. He never changed the price or time frame, despite surprises that came up (as expected, in our 100 year old house…). The work quality is very professional, and he was able to keep within our budget. He went above and beyond to make our home look beautiful! Anyone who has seen the new renovations is very impressed with what a great difference it makes to the house. Would definitely recommend!
