Anytime I’ve ever picked supplies up from this store, it’s always been easy and the staff is knowledgeable, and courteous. In my opinion, the quality of the product is better than if you buy from a big box store.

Great shop with VERY competitive prices compared to the big box stores and even online retailers. The can help with anything from basic plumbing to high end fixtures. I work3d with the same guys through out my bathroom remodel and they made suggestions that were very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Over the last few years of dealing with NE, I've only had good experience. Staff are helpful, friendly. Merchandise is better quality and price than big box stores. Don't be put off by their showroom. Years ago it made me presume higher prices, when that isn't the case. Not going to sign into Yelp to correct the poor rating there, but Yelp is wrong. Full disclosure: I have no financial or family, friends ties to NE. I'm just a DIY homeowner.
