Wow is really all I can say. Carlos and his team is really in a league of their own. I checked out 3 HVAC companies before going with Carlos and it was a no brainer. It’s unfortunate that he is not listed as #1 in my area cause it would have saved me so much time and effort. Carlos came to my place after other companies had tried to pressure me into outrageous deals and plans. But Carlos came to me and looked at my unit and immediately knew what needed to be done and how to do it. No bartering, no “consultants”, no second guessing that I was being ripped off. Carlos made me feel absolutely secure that I was not only getting the best deal, but also the best care, maintenance, and people for the job. He got me in for a brand new HVAC system within a week and the job was done in less than 5 hours. He also helped educate me on how to maintain and care for my hvac. My unit works beyond any comparison and I feel so grateful for his work. I’m on the board for my building and will be recommending him to each unit. Absolute 5 star service and absolutely would recommend him to anyone who would ever ask me.

Today felt like the coldest day of November, and of course that’s when everything went wrong. First, I got an error message to change the filter… then the outside sensor batteries… then the thermostat batteries. When none of that worked, I realized the real issue: we were out of oil.
I had only ever used SMO, whose prices are outrageous and couldn’t deliver until next Friday. A friend encouraged me to shop around, so I called multiple companies, most didn’t even service our area. Then I reached C M Heating & Cooling, and they immediately answered.
Their rates were extremely reasonable, and they confirmed delivery for this evening. The driver provided consistent communication with a precise ETA. He even offered to start the unit and jumpstart the thermostat since it wasn’t responding. This was my first time using them, and they truly left a lasting impression.
Professional, responsive, and true to their word.
I highly recommend them for your oil and HVAC needs.

Good Costumer Service

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!!!

This company offers one of the worst customer service. They replaced my AC and heater unit because they were referred to me. Now, I don't know why because they have such a poor customer service. I contacted the owner regarding scheduling for maintenance service and he said someone will contact me the next day. I called, then texted him in which he replied stating he was sorry no one got back to me; however, if I contact another company he would be fine with. SERIOUSLY. Is this a joke? After we went back and forth with few messages, he assured that we would call me the next day. I waited... and no response. Don't do business with this company as they are not reliable and dishonest. I am very disappointed that I gave my initial business to them with replacing my units. It already has problems after 15 months.
