Good group of guy Damon runs the front end well and 9 out of 10 times has the equipment we need in stock.

We have been coming to Johnstone in Beltsville for over 2 years now. Justin, Damon, and Brooks always take GREAT care of us. Sometimes we are simply re-loading on supplies, and other times we need special parts from various manufacturers that are time sensitive and mission-critical to get our clients back up and running.

WHATEVER our needs are, these gentleman take the time to help us quickly and efficiently, so that we can help our clients quickly and efficiently.

That's only part of the reason why we rate JS BELTSVILLE with 5 STARS.

The rest of it is that Justin, Damon, and Brooks treat us like FAMILY. We go in, and are greeted by name, with a friendly voice and pleasant conversation. The customer service is AMAZING, and even when they are busy, they always make time to let us know that we are more than just a number. This is an ESSENTIAL part of maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Before we found JS BELTSVILLE, we were able to get our supplies at other places. And we still can. But we CHOOSE to come to JS BELTSVILLE because the staff here makes us enjoy the trip.

We have and will continue to recommend this store to our many business friends and associates in the area.

Not happy with customer service. Never received any return calls with any asked information. You have to always call to check your orders.
