I called SpringAir to assess the air quality in my home and the technician spotted mild black mold. They recommended the UV light and installed it the same days. Within weeks I was breathing better and not waking up with headaches. I called back to have them put the UV Light in my bottom system and they provided quick and efficient service each time.

Michael did an excellent job! He was professional and knowledgeable about my unfortunate house situation and fixed the problems in no time.

Come for the huge vent blower machine, stay for the deep cleaning of condenser lines. I'll say I know nothing about HVAC and got a mini PhD from MG over the course of a few hours. There was some sticker shock for sure at the costs, given what he found (it was my first look under the hood at our HVACs system this week), but he explained it all super well, as I had a ton of questions. I really have nothing to compare it to given I had little time to gather estimates, but it does seem to line up with what I've seen online in terms of pricing. And this guy works alone, it's his company, so you're dealing with the man. Thanks MG, and yeah the place is even cleaner now that you came through.

The technician that serviced my home was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He share pictures with me of how my vents looked before and after cleaning! He discovered a mold issue in my Duct system and remedied it. Thank you again MIchael for your excellent work.
