Excellent, quick service. Always high quality - I've used them for 3-4 projects, from deck building/repair to water heater replacement. Always high quality and good prices!

I’ve contracted Lozado for various home improvements over the years and they’ve all come out well. It’s great to work with someone you can rely on to do a great job at a fair price. (Picture is from their latest work replacing stairway carpet.)

Anthony and his team were very responsive , professional, and efficient. They provided excellent service on a number of small projects.

Anthony of Lozado Contracting has done work on multiple properties for me, from small to big projects. I have found him reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy. I know the job will always get done properly.

Lozado Contracting did an excellent job refinishing the basement in my dad’s home. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. They transformed the basement into a beautiful, functional and livable space.

Anthony was wonderful to work with! We had a few repairs we needed done quickly in order to sell our house and he came and fixed them all! Highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend this company for home remodeling or contracting work. We moved into our new house and needed work on our roof and some minor things fixed in the house as well. Anthony is very responsive and professional. The work was done promptly and they made sure to clean up.

Lozado Contracting did outstanding job on our home repairs! They replaced pipe in our bathroom, fixed the cut out in the ceiling and painted the ceiling above the staircase. They did everything in timely matter and worked very efficient. We are very pleased with results. As first time home owners, I highly recommend Lozado Contracting!

We live in the basement unit of a historic townhome and the window had rotted away and there were several cracks in the walls allowing water to flood in. Everyone at Lozado really went above and beyond to help us get things waterproofed and fixed. They took care of the exterior cracks immediately. We had to wait several months for a replacement window to come in, but once it did, we were scheduled and the work was completed in three days (window, mold removal, drywall repair and paint). Overall very professional, communicative, and attentive. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Anthony and his team were able to quickly diagnose the problem with our shower and acquire the proper replacement parts. They were timely and incredibly experienced. They also took the time to explain the issue and how to fix it myself in the future. I especially appreciate that I can text Anthony the issues and we can work through them to determine what is needed before he schedules a visit.

Anthony was great! I would recommend them to my grandma if needed. Very honest, I had some garage issues that I needed help with. Anthony was not only honest with telling me how simple it was to fix and told me that I can do it, he also took the time to fix it himself since I didn’t have any tools to do it. He didn’t even charge me for the work. It’s rare to find people that are honest. He could have easily told me I needed to fix the whole thing but he didn’t.

Integrity is rare in this industry. I’m keeping Lozado Construction in my contacts for future work for sure. Thank you!

Lozado Contracting was wonderful to work with.

I give them top marks in the following areas:

1. Quality of work performed - I am very pleased with the appearance of each job. All repairs look neat and attention to detail was made in all areas.
2. Quality of work crews - crewman was polite, professional, worked the entire time with no complaints whatsoever. If he had a question he referred to me as "Ms" which is a sure sign of respect.
3. Integrity - Repairs were discussed at length and inspection of property for repairs was thorough and discussed in detail. There were no changes to the bid which saved me from any additional out-of-pocket expenses.
4. Effective communication - Anthony communicated arrivals, departures, and all repair details during the process. I was kept informed of status of each repair during the entire process.
5. Truth in advertising. In his bid, Anthony gave a clear breakdown of costs for each repair
6. Value. I had solicited two bids for the repairs. Anthony's bid came in lower and I'm convinced that he delivered the best value (in terms of the work done) for the price.
7. Worksite appearance - the crew always made sure the work site was cleaned thoroughly prior to departing each day.

Being a new homeowner, I'm very pleased that my selection of Lozado Contracting, LLC was the perfect choice for my projects. I definitely recommend Lozado Contracting for home renovation projects and would like to recognize him for his exceptional work ethic. I would not hesitate to hire Lozado Contracting again, or to recommend the company to my family and friends.

This is a Contracting Company That I am sure will be around for a very very long time. Thank you Every one at Lozado Contracting for all your HARD WORK !

Anthony and team were recommended to me by a friend, after our ceiling had started leaking the night before. They were able to arrive within a few hours of calling, covered my furniture with clean sheeting, and began assessing the issue. All in all, the main issue was the HVAC drain clogging up, leading to the water to flow onto the water heater, and into a cracked overflow pan. Because my water heater was near end of life anyway, they replaced the water heater, cleaned the HVAC drain, and replaced the overflow pan. Additionally, they also helped replace a cracked garbage disposal, fixed our toilet, and addressed a water hammer sound when the hot water was turned on in the guest bathroom sink. They also repaired the ceiling drywall, and painted it so well that you can't tell there was a cut hole. Anthony is also a mold treatment specialist so he knew how to prevent mold from growing in the affected wood structure in the ceiling

His team was extremely professional, and were patient in answering questions. If there was a language barrier, they were resourceful through the use of modern technology (google translate, ftw!) and called the main office to better explain the issue at hand to any questions/concerns I had.

I would turn to Anthony and team at Lozado Contracting again for any future, major home repairs and would recommend them to others!
