Nester is one of the best kept secrets in DC. He worked on my HVAC system on my old house and he was one of the first people I called to service the HVAC system on the house we just moved into. He is extremely knowledgable and get troubleshoot any problem. He is also very affordable and extremely responsive over text.

God literally sent them to me. Our HVAC unit went out during this heat wave. We called in another company and they quoted us a ridiculous amount of money to replace the unit. I got on my knees and prayed because it was ALOT of money. After praying, I feel like Jesus told me to do a deep dive, which i did for an hour. I found this company on Yelp (which I NEVER use). Not only did they have great reviews, but they were praised for their honest business practices. They checked out our unit and 2 days later quoted us something substantially lower and just the motor needed to be replaced. Thank you so much for being thorough, honest and efficient. Use this company. Do not go anywhere else!

Nestor has been taking care of our boiler/radiator system for years and recently installed a mini-split for us. His service is always prompt, professional and thorough. I highly recommend him and his crew!

Nestor and the guys at RA HVAC did an excellent job helping me pick out a heat pump system which would qualify for federal tax credit for my home. When it came time to install the system they were fast, efficient, and they stand by their work. On top of that they were the least expensive of the companies I surveyed.

While I really hate sharing Nestor with anyone, if I can even help one other person not get poor quality HVAC services, it will be worth it.

Nestor did two services for me: 1) replace my AC; and 2) get my radiator cleaned out and working more efficiently.

Nestor came over, he answered my questions, he was willing to provide references and he gave me a fair quote. He and his assistant worked efficiently during the install and left the place clean and the AC unit working really well. When the unit was leaking a little bit of water into the pan, Nestor came over quickly to make the tweak and the problem went away. Nestor came over weeks later to work on a radiator that wasnt working well. He took the radiator off the line, cleaned it out using a creative method that didnt require him moving a 400 lb radiator down a flight of stairs, realized that it was installed facing the wrong direction, and installed it. I couldnt believe it - this radiator that was poorly working now was HOT.

Nestor is the best, hands down. He is quick on text, always willing to teach me how to navigate my HVAC, and genuinely a trustworthy individual.

Nestor and RA Home Services did a great job solving a weird HVAC issue. He was prompt, very affable, took time to explain the issues and came up with an excellent solution at a reasonable price. We went through 3 other companies that were unable to solve this over a 4 month period. RA HVAC has earned my trust and they will be our go-to company should future issues arise. Nestor is an excellent HVAC technician. He communicates promptly and clearly via text and is happy to answer questions. He has serviced my boiler for annual maintenance each spring and my air conditioner each fall. He does a thorough and careful job. He expertly installed a new thermostat for my air conditioner to replace an unreliable one. For prompt, careful, and expert HVAC service, Nestor is the way to go.

Nestor from RA HVAC helped us replace a ductless mini split in the basement of our house. He was very quick and professional. The installation was a breeze and well within reasonable price. He also installed a surge protector to prevent any damage to the main control board. I highly recommend RA HVAC for their promptness and professionalism. Nestor is fantastic. Was able to come out and diagnose the problem with my furnace the day I called, while other places I tried were booked until next week. He took care of the issue quickly and at a reasonable price, and now I'm warm again. I'll definitely keep RA on hand for future HVAC needs.

Nestor and his crew replaced our HVAC system on the roof of our historic Mt. Pleasant home and after three other attempts by acclaimed HVAC companies, RA solved a major issue on our water heated radiator furnace system. They are true professionals who provide honest estimates and are extremely knowledgeable. Please do yourself a favor and call them ASAP! Trust me - and you can - you will be glad you did!

Nestor is the absolute best!!! We have a split zone system and the heat pump for upstairs (from 2004!) finally bit the dust. The downstairs heat pump and air handler was replaced 5 years ago through home warranty (which I have cancelled). I received 5 quotes from HVAC companies and from my perspective Nestor provided the best value estimate, excellent advice on determining our options, knowledge, strategic considerations given our existing other heat pump and solar panels, and MOST IMPORTANTLY I trusted him. Here’s a good example, when we realized the home warranty contractor didn’t install a new disconnect and surge protector on other heat pump Nestor said he would do that for me at no cost. That sealed the deal because it was clear he cares about his customers and is focused on building trusted relationships. The workmanship quality of Nestor and his team was excellent. I could not be more happy with the Bosch variable speed heat pump and the support I know I have from RA Home Services as the installer. I highly recommend this company!
