I’ve been a builder for 45 years and am super happy with Miller Fire Protection and Dennis. Fair prices, good workmanship and experienced with complex sprinkler system permits

They don’t service their install. Gave me the number of 2 ppl that service their products. Not one of them has shown up to service.
One of the guys says to replace the grey box as seen in the picture. They said it’s a pain to fix and always breaks down.
I just need to get my lights working

Miller installed that fire sprinkler system in my house. To date I have 5 sprinkler heads that developed a leak because of improper installation. They only provide a 1 year warranty for a system that should need no maintenance and have no issues if installed properly. Once out of warranty won’t do anything to help you out. I’ll give be then credit that they will refer you to another company to get it fixed.
If you’re a builder or GC do your customers a favor and pick a different sub.
