I have been a longtime customer of Burchoil. Years ago I had 4 very old heat pumps at the end of their lives. I replaced one per year for 4 years. Bobby from Burchoil explained everything heat pump to me and helped me make informed choices. (Did anyone else know that Burchoil installs and works on heat pumps?) One of the 4 ended up being a lemon (by no fault of Burchoil), and it was a long road to convince the company that makes the heat pumps to replace it. Those at Burchoil helped in every way they could and eventually it was replaced. Fast forward to nowadays. Another of the heat pumps stopped working at the beginning of this heat wave on Sunday. During every week I am an hour away caring for my elderly mother at her house and can't leave without arranging care for her. Burchoil responded immediately to my call and worked with me to arrange an appointment the next day that I could be there for. James figured out what was wrong and ordered the part, which was covered by warranty (!); the part arrived the very next day. Then Buddy in dispatching worked with me to arrange a time to install it 24 hours later when I could come home again--they may have been able to install it earlier, but I couldn't come any sooner. What a relief! I'm having my granddaughters at my house this weekend and originally thought there was no way the AC would be working by then, but Burchoil came through, and everyone I talked to was helpful and friendly and concerned for me. I could never find the words to express how grateful I am for their help, caring and personal business model, and constancy over the years.

Awesome customer service! I placed an order at 0800hrs this morning and was informed it may take up to 3 business days for delivery. To my surprise, the truck just left my house and service completed. Mr. Bussey was our driver, and was very professional. Thank you Burch Oil!

I just wanted to share our amazing experience with Burch today. Over the weekend, we ran out of oil. We are Will call customers which means, my fault, I waited a little too long to place our order. I called first thing this morning and got right through to place our order. The wonderful associate on the other end told me we could be looking at two to four business days but that we would be placed towards the top of the list since we were out. She also said we could call back this afternoon to see where we had been placed on the schedule. We fully expected to be waiting, not a problem since we are will call. TO MY SURPRISE, it is 11:15am same day I called and we are receiving our delivery. WOW! We are very grateful to the crew at Burch, amazing customer service from the team in Customer Service, Dispatch and our delivery driver. Really can't thank them enough. We purchased a new oil tank a few years back and have been getting oil ever since. Truly a great company, and we are thankful for their wonderful customer service!

Thank you Burch Oil! I called on Friday and they delivered on Monday! They answered the phone right away and gave a very pleasant customer service experience. The driver even left me a 2026 calendar. This kind treatment was in direct contrast to another oil company that I have used for more than 30 years that refuses to deliver oil to me because I was on will call. Thank you again Burch Oil.

Very good customer service .I wanted to buy propane from here but they could not feel my tank because it belongs to another company.

I ordered and paid for Fuel oil on Monday. Called Friday. Was told that they came 2 days but my driveway wasn't clear enough. They never called or let me know. Now it is Friday and they won't deliver until next week. I will be out of oil by then. I am will call and they have continously had a significant balance on my account doe years. The person I spoke with could not give me a reason as to why I was not called. As we all know there was a ton of snow on Monday, they could of let me know then their strick "no snow" policy on driveways. Very disappointed.
