All-Pro (Capitol Heights) provided Excellent EMERGENCY service. My furnace let me down during the dead of winter and all I had to do was pick up the phone! All-Pro provided same-day service and did a complete installation the very next day. Excellent EMERGENCY care, Excellent installation, Excellent employees, Excellent care of my home. The installers worked like a fine-tuned machine. No talking, no eating, just working! New furnace and AC installed in one day. I am so pleased with their service and the price as well! 5 stars plus from this customer!!! Well done!!!!

We were referred to All-Pro through Home Depot. Overall experience was excellent. They were responsive and gave us an estimate the next day (Saturday!) They were much more affordable than others for the same A/C system and helped us access financing. Installed new system in half a day. Everyone I dealt with was polite and responsive.

All-Pro Services Inc, Capitol Heights, MD, were very quick and competent to service us when our air-conditioner wasn't working on a weekend the day before I was to go out of town. The service tech was very caring in trying to get the problem fixed on the call. When it turned out that our system was very old and wouldn't start, the company quickly installed a new system within a couple of days. I was able to go on vacation and work by phone and email, so that my family had air-conditioning while I was away. They did an excellent job!

The guys arrived early and completed the installation in 4 to 5 hours without taking a break. They were professional, polite and attentive. They answered all my questions and instructed me on how to used all the new equipment in layman’s turn.

My home feels absolutely wonderful and the price was affordable. Thanks Bill for coaching me throughout the whole process. The ladies in office were also great!

All Pro services arrived at.9:00 am on time. Jerry the Team leader introduced himself and explained all he and his crew were about to do. Jerry and crew were very polite and professional. He explained the installation of the split AC/Heatng unit would probably take most of the day, Me, observing I would sometimes ask questions, The team members Henry and Khiree would always answer questions politely and give explanations if necessary. All the team members were always very polite professional and personable. The installation went smoothly. They cleaned up and put moved items back in place. A job well done.

To anyone who needs professional on time work done there home. I had my water heater replaced recently. I was highly impressed with the craftsmanship of work. The two tech's showed up on time did a outstanding job

Prompt, professional service. I called on a Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. The technician was able to show up early and completed the service within 30 minutes. This seems like a very reliable outfit. I would definitely allow them to return and service my AC system again.

Fairly quick. It took about three hours to uninstall our old water heater and install the new one, and they were cooperative and treated my father and me with respect. They were considerate of our belongings and did not leave a mess. No issues so far; the new water heater works great.

Replace HVAC System. They say you get what you pay for , well in this case I did not because other quotes for replacing my hvac system were 3 thousand dollars more. All pro not only did a phenomenal professional job but they did it last Monday in the middle of a snow storm!!! They had to cut dry wall to run new lines. I expected a lot of work to repair the dry wall but they cut in such a way that I was able to reuse the cut drywall. The new hvac unit is working well. Can't wait to see the low electric bill!!

I've been using All Pro for my HVAC needs for the past 15 years and currently have an annual maintenance agreement with them. A recent experience shows why I continue to value the services they provide:
On a Friday evening, my wife came home to a very hot and humid upstairs. Turns out one of our central A/C units had stopped working. We placed an after business hours call to All Pro and the answering service took a message. Minutes later we had a call back from the manager on call that evening. We talked him through what we were seeing and he put us on the schedule for a service visit the next morning. Tom was out as scheduled on a Saturday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repair, and the A/C was back up and running a short time later.
I really appreciated the quick response time during a hot stretch of summer weather!

The experience with all pro services was exceptional from beginning to end. My experience with Jorge was nothing short of remarkable, which continued as I worked with Bill as well as the technical team that came to install the HVAC unit. I would highly recommend this professionals to anyone who is in need of these services.

I purchased a new furnace, ac and water heater. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly in the 100 degree heat.

I’m so grateful I found All-Pro Services- they are honest and professional, excellent at repairing HVACs, and really prompt. I originally got a diagnostic from another company that claimed I needed two parts replaced. When I called the supervisor Bill to get a second quote, he kindly brought to my attention that the two parts are under warranty and went out of his way to research other companies that I could reach out to that are authorized dealers. I was blown away by that gesture and decided I should probably have him provide a second opinion on the diagnostic- and thank god I did! Jerry and another colleague spent several hours diagnosing the issue and turns out it was something else. They provided me a quote the same day, and they promptly fixed the issue the next morning (spending more than 5 hours on the intensive job). They were fantastic all around, and I would highly recommend them!!

I received a new water heater. Khiree and Roosevelt provided great service. They arrived on time they were very professional. And explain everything to me about the new water heater.

The installers showed up on time they were very professional and courteous. They did a really great job and cleaned up after the job was completed. Before leaving, they took time to explain the system to me, and that was very much appreciated

Roosevelt and Khiree came to the rescue with professionalism and detailed work ethics! Very respectful of the property. An overall great job! Also very appreciative of the ladies in the office handling all of the logistics on the business end, and for getting this done expeditiously, especially because of the freezing temperatures.

Purchased new HVAC system during the snowcrete. Jerry and his crew performed stellar service with the installation completed the same day.
