They were very professional and worked as a team. They also adhered to all covod-19 precautions., ie, masks, foot protectors. They also continually made sure to protect our hardwood flooring and other personal items.

We had an issue with a furnace that was installed by Sledge. I was upset initially but the owner took the time to personally came to our home to explain and apologize for the mistake. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them.

I am currently the Property Manager of Oak Park Apartments in SW DC. A heating emergency arose where four of my residents were without heat. I contacted Sledge and someone was on my property the same day. I was presented with a plan to get my replacement heating systems and cost associated with systems and installation. All leg work was done by Sledge. The job was difficult but Sledge got the job done very quickly. I was updated on the progress and also provided with HVAC information that I will definitely be able to use in the future.

My first home and my first issue with my heating a/c unit... I must say the service was great the tech arrived on time work fast and professional... great job!! Will definitely recommend Sledge total protection to all my family and friends...

The technician Larry was very professional and knowledgeable of the equipment and install . Mrs Tooks, that handled the transaction, spent time informing me of the different UV lights for me to select.

Josh is always pleasant and knowledgeable while determining the system issue. While the service fee $120 is higher than the average HVAC companies, he does a thorough job
