Jay ave me a fair price with just pictures of my plumbing issues to assess the job. He showed up with his assistant on time. His work was clean and efficient. And the final bill was even less than his estimate which is rare in any profession. All the parts he used were of a high-quality. I highly recommend his company.

Jay Johnson replaced a failed sump pump in our basement. He responded promptly to our call, did excellent work, explained everything he did - and all for a very reasonable price. We highly recommend him!

We recently used Jay to help solve the mystery of how we broke our kitchen faucet while trying to clean out the filter. After coming for the first visit, and after first trying to fix the it in the most inexpensive way possible, he ended up replacing the solenoid valve and it’s working good as new. While he was here we asked him to fix other plumbing issues and he was happy to add on last minute fixes. He even put up with my yapping dogs! He’s the guy you call when you want to fix something right and know that you’re paying for quality, and long lasting, work. We will continue to call him for all of our plumbing needs.

May 2024 Update: Jay Johnson is an amazing plumber. Our disposal broke down and he was here the next day to replace it. After the job is completed, old parts are removed and the area cleaned up. He is very respectful of your home and surroundings. He truly will become your go-to plumber!

2021-Jay Johnson plumbing is punctual, professional and willing to do any type of job especially when others are not. He arrived exactly at 8 am and worked through a horribly rainy day to complete the job of replacing shut off valves and and outside hose bib. Highly recommend this business because you will receive prompt, courteous and professional service and value for your money.

We had multiple plumbing issues all at once and called Jay John Plumbing. They scheduled us right away, had great communication and fixed everything for an incredibly reason price. Jay came and quickly diagnosed an issue we had with water coming from a bathroom upstairs into the ceiling downstairs. Turns out it wasn’t the plumbing, it was the cracked grout around several tiles and caulk around the tub causing water seepage. I so appreciated his arrival on time, his expertise in figuring out the problem and his recommendations. I’ll definitely be calling again if I have plumbing problems!

Jay Johnson Plumbing installed four faucets at our home. They arrived on time and did a great job installing these. They made sure we were completely satisfied with the work before they left. We are also trying to get our roman tub trim replaced so Jay took a look and let us know what brands would work with the existing valves. That was nice of him to do.
