I have used S&J for HVAC support for over 30years. They have done new installations and maintaince. I have found them to be professional, timely and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Your drivers pulled straight out of a driveway into oncoming traffic, they didn't even slow down leaving the person's driveway at about 11:25 am.

My parents are working with Duraclean for a basement renovation. Duraclean hired S and J heating and cooling to install a new Hvac system in my parents basement last year. My parents had two home inspections done last month. Both inspection reports showed that there was no interlock connected to the condesate pump on the hvac system. This is a safety issue and needed to be fixed. My parents hired Perdue to service the Hvac. The employee with Perdue brought up the same safety issue and also stated that their was a gas leak from the gas line. The gas leak was due to the connection not being tightened. It was very loose. He had me take a video of him tightening it to show Duraclean. I called Duraclean to notify them of the issues and they chose to have S and J heating and cooling come back out to fix the issues. I recieved a call from Junior from S and J the same day. He was very rude and unprofessional. I explained the problem and he replied "whatever". He complained of the voicemail he recieved from Duraclean. He complained of a plumber blaming him for another issue in the basement. He couldn't remember which costumer he was speaking to and went on to say, "Oh you're the one with the handicapped dad". Today they came out to fix the issue and they were standoffish. It was pretty awkward. When I brought up the fact that there was a gas leak he said he didn't know where it could have been from. I pointed it out to him and he said that so many people have looked at the hvac. He took no responsibility for anything. I would not recommend this company even if it was winter and I had no heat in my house. I do however recommend Perdue heating and cooling. The man with Perdue was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
