He was very knowledgeable, shared many tips to keep the dishwasher in good condition.

The gentleman showed up timely. Was very polite and professional. Only asked where the thermostat and the unit was placed and completed the service within an 1/2 hour. Told me what he completed and the service was done.

The technician was great . Provided all information needed.

I am totally pleased with the whole process of getting my Sears Service.

Ransford did an amazing job replacing my refrigerator ice maker. Although he could have went home and rescheduled my appointment, he didn’t. He stayed until the job was complete. I truly appreciate his wonderful customer service!

Could not replicate problem but he promised to return promptly if problem persists.

I requested my annual spring maintenance check on my air conditioning unit. The appliance repair technician arrived in the morning with a kind greeting. He looked at my unit and explained the repair needed. Once done, he put everything back in its place. I felt confident in the technicians knowledge and assessment.

He was awesome! He called Samsung when the part didn’t seem right. They told him one of the wires they no longer use on the water dispenser anymore. We both were happy to hear that.
