I called around 10:00am on a Tuesday and was setup for an appointment the next morning. Every other company told me I would have to wait a week for an appointment.

My grandmothers water heater cracked last night and these guys came out on the weekend and replaced. Very responsive and reasonably priced.

Always available when i need them at my restaurant as well as my house and very professional!!! Very affordable!!! Within the hour there’s a tech on site diagnosing the issue!!! Highly recommended!!!

These guys came and repaired my fathers heating system at a reasonable price after another company came and said it must be replaced. Very affordable and gets the job done properly.

called at midnight due to the rain. they came within 45 mins, stopped my basement from flooding and replaced the sump pump. very happy with the customer service I received from the technician. will definitely use them again when needed

They are quick to respond to messages that I leave. The prices are very reasonable.....even if your AC unit uses an older refrigerant....they don’t try to gouge you like a few other companies that I contacted. I will use them in the future.

G&G service are great! They come over took care of the AC system in my home. Very friendly very professional on time. I would like to thank Gary and the team for the professionalism that they showed when they came over! I highly recommend them.

I’ve been having issues with my AC unit and water heater and called several other companies but none of them came close to G&G Service Group. Very professional techician and exceptional service! Made sure to let me know what was going on at all times. Will definitely use again and recommend.

My AC unit went out on one of the hottest days thus far this year and I'm so glad that my home warranty company connected me with this small business/company. The technician arrived on-time as scheduled, was knowledgeable, polite, and worked efficiently. I will definitely use this company for any future needs.

G&G is hands down the best as far as quality of work and customer service. Super responsive technicians who were professional and reasonably priced. They came out same day to fix the AC unit in my house when after it went out on an extremely hot day. Lifesavers!! Will definitely be using their services again in the future.

I have to change this to half way for now. They called me to right the wrong. I appreciate that and they are coming out today. I expect to make this a 5 star rating after they come out.

Worst person I ever called he's a young kid Rob me $300 never fixed the problem with my furnace made me put a part didet need left took my money came back 2 hrs layter telling me it's another issue that cost 200$ more

I should have left my first review. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company. They may be a little cheaper, but you’ll be paying more in the long run, as they do not honor their labor warranty and do not return phone calls/texts/voice messages. Having another company come fix their work now.

This is one of the worst service providers I've encountered. I own a commercial property in Fort Washington, and their service provider, Garry, came to add AC refrigerant and deep clean the ice machine. They charged me $2,653.23, and the very next day, it didn't work. The customer service is terrible, the staff is unprofessional, and the service is subpar despite the high cost. It seems like the company is more interested in taking people's money than providing quality service. I strongly suggest avoiding this business to save your hard-earned money.

Edit: while I complain about this business and employee Gary Russell, the business/employee turns back to my business page and pretend that they are my customer at bar and added false allegations there. One can see clearly what kind of business they are into.
Also, your reply on my review says you have cleaned the mold from the ice machine, then how come you attached those nasty mold pictures on my page. That means you didn’t perform deep cleaning. Yes????
If not, then you’re lying on my business page whooaaa.
One can see who’s the culprit and playing unethical and unprofessional. Huge RED and NO to this business and people.
