Good that my dad he good

AA came on time and cleared my drain no problem. They were polite and helpful, and even helped me diagnose the problem so that it doesn't happen again.

They had to come three times in on month to dig up the front yard and replace different parts of my main drain. Also they missed their appointment to resend the lawn. I am still waiting for them to show up days later.

The plumbers do great work when and if they show up

I have never experienced such lousy service, after waiting for about FOUR MONTHS I called another company and got the work done. This company came through American Home Shield 🤬🤬😡😡

They hopefully did a good job replacing a very long water line to the house after old one became exposed and froze. They never followed through with final covering of the trenches and reseeding. After multiple calls to have the backfill done they brought out crushed brick which will Never be able to be mowed over. Always say they will get back to me and never do. Thais has been ongoing since February! Do not use this company!! Pictures of finished job!!??

AA Twins Plumbing (Dewayne and Don) talk a good game but have been giving my 76 year old mother the runaround for the past 11 months after she paid $3,500 to fix a groundwater problem. Yard still flooding! Countless promised and then missed appointments. Very disappointing!

Be warned worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The company is unorganized with no communication between the supervisor, dispatcher, and employees. I had an appointment to fix a leak and in the end I had to find a completely different company to do the work because for 3 weeks I was given the runaround. First, a plumber came out and said a part need to be ordered so I had to wait another week. The second time, a different plumber came out to fix the leak and didn’t know about the part that was supposed to be ordered. The third and fourth appointments, plumbers never showed to fix the leak. I spoke with the supervisor Dwayne he kept telling me he would call me back and eventually just started ignoring my call. I spoke with Don also who was apologetic but gave me misinformation that the plumber was just running late and would arrive soon but again no one came. I’m sure they don’t care about losing one customer but this could be you. If possible go with another company. A company that respects other’s time and their customers.
