Kwante was very careful and efficient in checking all the energy deficiencies in the house. He took the time to explain in detail and help us set up the new smart thermostat. He also replaced the inefficient nozzles and installed devices in the showers. He also checked where heat could be leaking from the house and recommended the installation of thermal insulation after checking the attic. In short, a very complete service, I recommend it.

Kwante arrived on time this morning. He was very polite and gave detailed explanations on almost everything. He was very thorough and did find a few areas for energy-saving improvements. He changed three shower heads and many lights. Because of his professional and thoroughness, two other families requested to sign up the inspections in the following week. we also appreciate the service provided by Pepco.

I signed up for an energy audit via Pepco. The auditor, Kwante Young, was very professional and knowledgeable and installed several energy saving devices in my home (LED lamps, smart thermostat, shower heads). Very positive experience- recommend this to anyone looking to save energy costs.

I had a great experience with the Pepco Energy Audit program. The technician assigned to come to my house, Kwante Young, was very professional and knowledgeable. He identified areas in my home that would benefit from some additional energy-saving resources, installed LED lightbulbs in the lights that didn’t yet have them, and added foam insulation around some exposed pipes on my water heater. Kwante went an extra mile for me when we found that a bulb wasn’t lighting and he tried for a while to get it working. Kwante wasn’t able to install the smart thermostat I wanted, but that was because the existing wiring was incompatible with the device. He then gave me some sound advice on how to get a compatible thermostat at a great price. I was very pleased with the energy audit and with Kwante, and I highly recommend that everyone take advantage of this amazing program.

We had a Pepco Home Energy Check today with Kwante Young. Kwante was terrific (kind and courteous) and very thorough in making our home more energy efficient including replacing old inefficient light bulbs, advising on the heating/AC system and smart thermostats and water efficiencies. I highly recommend Kwante for performing energy checks.

A few weeks ago, Ecomize sent out their technician Kwante, who was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. As we went through the whole house, he pointed out multiple areas that needed attention and gave simple yet effective solutions to fix leaks and improve insulation. I've already implemented a few of his suggestions. He also did an excellent, clean job installing my new thermostat. He left me with a full report, specific to my home.
