I recently had a new hardwood floating floor put down in the main living area of our home. We were so pleased with the job that A Plus Carpet & Flooring did! The crew was a pleasure to have in the house - so polite and caring! We love the job they did of removing the old floor and laying the new one. Clean up was very nicely done, too. We have already asked them to come back and do another room. I highly recommend their work.

I reached out to A Plus Carpet And Flooring as we were preparing to move out of our old house. I was back and forth if I should professionally clean the carpet or replace it entirely. I am so happy I called them! They rearranged their schedule to fit me in and accommodate my last minute request. The technician was prompt, professional and efficient. He did outstanding job cleaning the carpet and when he was done it looked as good as a new. They saved me thousands of dollars and got the work done in matter of hours!!! I couldn’t be any happier of the outcome. It was such a pleasure working with them we hired them to replace the carpet in our new home. Once again, every single person we’ve worked so far in the process of selecting and scheduling the carpet replacement has been amazing. Lucas Winter drove to our property to drop carpet samples when we couldn’t make it to the show room. He let us keep them for days to take our time to select the carpet without feeling pressured or rushed. He worked timelessly to find us a comparable carpet when the one we loved was discontinued by the manufacture. The list goes on and on … We can’t say enough good things for both their cleaning and their replacement departments!! Professionalism at its finest!

A plus is a very professional company. From the showroom to the installers and finishing personnel - they are top notch! Eric the owner will step in whenever there ar any questions that his crew cannot answer. Eric is hands on and has great group of workers!

Our upstairs' carpeting, in every room, wrinkled badly. It was a mess! We had the carpeting installed in 2009, but because we are generally "neat freaks," it was in superb condition. I didn't want to use the original installers for re-stretching it since I believed that the carpeting was not installed properly in 2009, and I didn't want to have the same poor workmanship reoccur.
A Plus Carpet and Flooring was recommended to me by an S and K Roofing and Siding employee. He told me that they were the best, and that's the kind of business I wanted and needed to do the job.
My experience with A Plus Carpeting and Flooring, from start to finish was, as advertised, A plus. When I called them, an appointment was set up for a sales' consultant to visit our home for measuring the affected areas. The consultant was on time, professional in appearance, efficient, and knowledgeable. She was an A plus representative!
A price quote was emailed to me very quickly, and once I signed the contract, a date was set for the repairs to be made. I paid a deposit on my credit card, with final payment to occur after a satisfactory installation.
On the day of installation, two carpet installers arrived, again right on time. Both introduced themselves and were very polite and professional. I showed them the problem areas and left them alone to do their work. (I had paid extra, $100, to have the content of the rooms moved by the installers.) They worked very diligently from 9:00 a.m. to about 4:30 p.m., taking just a short break for lunch.
The results were amazing! My carpeting is now wrinkle free and can no longer trip an unsuspecting visitor! It's a beautiful sight.

Max and Luis, the two carpet installers, and to Karol C., my contact for scheduling and payment. All were very professional and efficient, and most important to me, were good at their jobs.

We are so glad that we chose to do business with A Plus Carpet, a first class operation. First, we really appreciated working with our salesman Clark who took the time to explain the new carpet technologies and work with us to select samples and various color options. When we narrowed it down to a few choices, Clark's opinion to go with a lighter color was very helpful and turned out to be a great choice. Finally, Jose and Pasquale, our installers, were absolutely awesome. They treated our house and the carpet like it was theirs!!! They took their time when they moved our furniture and were so impressive in their teamwork as they installed our new carpet. Finally, they took the time to make slight furniture adjustments before they left. OVERALL, we will gladly utilize A Plus for our future carpet needs and we highly recommend them to others.

What a terrific experience purchasing carpet for our family room. The sales people helped direct us to the best carpet for our space. Made recommendations. The installation was terrific. They did a great job and cleaned up before they left our home. I would recommend A Plus Carpet!

We are selling our house and needed to replace very old carpet. Our realtor recommended A Plus and from start to finish they were great. We decided on the carpet, they came out to measure, then we scheduled the work to be done later, near the very end of Operation House Prep. The crew called before arriving, worked harder than i have seen anyone work, and finished a bit ahead of schedule. It was a big job, took two days, and i have to admit when only three guys showed up i wasn't sure two days was enough. But no problem. They were helpful, professional and courteous, even when we had people come to pick up large pieces of donated furniture and kind of got in their way. I was very impressed and am glad we chose A Plus.

The representatives during the choosing process made it so easy. They were timely and so accommodating bringing samples to our home several times. On installation day the 2 installers were prompt and efficient. Their motto was "no problem" to any question we had. They cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. It was painless.

Eric and Nathan were amazing! Really helpful and responsive when placing our order. The order arrived earlier than expected, the delivery was easy, and the prices were by far the most fair we could find. We will definitely recommend them and use them for any future flooring needs.

I saw the good reviews and the company was recommended to me by a friend who is a maintenance manager for a large non-profit who has used them in the past. They were quick, professional, and easy to deal with. We are 100% satisfied.

But lots of companies out there do great work. What compels me to give A Plus five stars is the impeccable way in which they handled my concerns after installation. As someone who spent most of his adult life in the restaurant field I saw every complaint as an opportunity to stand out from my competitors. Anyone can do a great job but few know how to make good on their mistakes.

I shared an oversight with the salesman: the final proposal for the job (we had made a few changes) mistakenly called for installation of primed (ready to paint) molding and I didn't catch it. I signed off on the proposal.

At first I didn't even notice it but when my wife came home she asked why the molding was white. Of course we weren't prepared to, or would even want to, paint installed molding, especially on top of our beautiful new floors. When I contacted the manager and explained our situation he had his crew out there within two day and they replaced the molding within a couple of hours. No questions asked. No additional charge. Then they followed up by phone and by text to ask how things went and if they could do anything else for us.

The installation crew led by Jose went above and beyond. And hats off to Nathan and Jonathan as well. I highly recommend A Plus Carpet and Flooring.

They understood our needs very well during our initial visit. They were friendly and very helpful showing us the different products.
They were able to give us a great price on their bulk stock product that doesn't skimp on any quality either. Their estimators were friendly and explained the whole process very well. The day of the install went so smooth, and the team made the whole process seamless. We found we were missing plywood subfloor during the install and they were willing work with us on price to keep us within a good budget. I couldn't recommend this team more. Pricing was cheaper with their bulk product than even home depot and their team was executed the install flawlessly.

When my basement flooded, these guys were there in less than 2 hours with equipment to dry everything up and help mitigate the damage. My new carpet looks great for a good price. Excellent service all around, thanks Eric!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for flooring or flood mitigation services.

Sanded existing gunstock hardwood floors and stain Jacobean. Remove carpet on stairs to second level and convert to hardwood. Sand and stain railing and post to match hardwood floors. Added new trim in stairwell and added new baseboard and shoe molding to refinshed areas

I was extremely satisfied with the service A Plus Carpet and Flooring recently provided.They readily accommodated my needs for measuring and installation due to a time constraint. The day of installation went smoothly Max and the rest of the crew worked diligently from 8:30 to 6 PM. I couldnt be more happy with the carpet and the entire staff with whom I worked.

A Plus Carpet and Flooring is THE place to get your flooring needs! We’ve had high density vinyl flooring in our living room and family room for the past seven years. We turned to A Plus three years ago when we were ready to use the matching flooring going upstairs and in all the bedrooms and closets. Recently, one of the steps going into our family room cracked around the bullnosed edge. I took pictures and placed a call to A Plus to see if they would come look at the step. Eric Rome came to the house with an assistant and they inspected the step and entire stairway area. Houses settle and since our family room is below grade, it seemed to be a logical explanation. Mr. Rome looked up our account, got the flooring information and discovered the color we chose has been discontinued, but he was able to locate a stray box at their warehouse. We set a time and day for the repair. The price was reasonable and we are so happy with the result!

Have used this company for many years. Have had large area rugs, carpets and upholstery cleaned. Always a great job. Very pleased.

The floor ended up looking great the quality of the work and attention proper installation seemed top notch. The team moved a large amount of furniture to make the project happen and saved me a sore back.The sales process was responsive and helpful. I want to especially call out that A+ flooring encountered to issues that they addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. They required additional supplies to properly install the flooring (the floor was not flat and needed a lot more patch compound) and offer to pay the cost of supplies above quoted price. They also encountered a problem reinstalling a toilet by their team. While it is not their standard policy and explicitly not their responsibility in their contract, because the sales person had promised that the toilet would be installed by a plumbing technician and would not be my responsibility they paid for a plumber to address the issue. I will absolutely be using A+ for my future needs.

A Plus did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets as we moved our daughter out of her apartment. Tech was super friendly, explained everything carefully and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
