Technician came on time, very detailed and knowledgeable. Assessed my existing old HVAC unit and explained to me all the options for replacement . Honest and no pressure to affect my decision. Answered my questions to my satisfaction. Looking forwards to proceed with my project with this company.

Danielle came out and reviewed the system. I had a tight schedule that day and they had no problem sticking to the communicated timeline.
I tend to ask a lot of questions and Danielle was very knowledgeable and happy to explain anything I asked about. Great service.

Always a good experience. We’ve had Joey over several times to troubleshoot issues on two separate units. The experience shows as he’s been able to quickly identify the issue each time (stark contrast from prior companies we’ve had over). I’d highly recommend this group.

Of course AC unit went down at near 100 temp and investigating several companies found Buric had great pricing (one price for visit and price by part) and could come next day my son recommended and has yearly plan. Joey was 10/10 and educated me and no pressure. Easy fix today but got the yearly plan and will soon replace my 25 year old unit with them. Impressive service both in person and on phone.

These guys are the real deal! I’ve been a home owner for over fifty years so you know I’ve had my fill of hvac folk visiting over the years. Buric has provide the best service of any of the others. Family oriented, outstanding service with ace technicians. Replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit last month (yeah, right in the middle of a July heat wave!) and they worked with use to get the best deal possible. Really appreciate a reliable service and product.

Buric installed a new high efficiency Bosch Heat Pump and Air Handler system replacing a 22 year old Heat Pump and 36 year old Air Handler. In particular, the Air Handler removal/installation was very challenging being in a closet off of a set of stairs. All removal, installation, set-up, and system operating instruction work was done with great care and expertise. I highly recommend Buric.

Great communication before arrival, gave good information regarding results of diagnostics, and shared the data, thoughtful, respectful, and clean. Gave me a couple of choices about how to proceed that were both reasonable. I highly recommend Buric and Joey.
