Willy did maintenance on both of our HVAC units, replaced all filters and was very thorough in checking everything out and explaining the work he performed. ESA techs are the best!

I have been using ESA for years and have always been very happy with them. They are on time, professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

ESA installed 2 heat pump systems with extensive ductwork (21 supply and return vents) and 1 ductless system with two mini-splits in our 165 year-old family farm house. Their large installation crew completed the work in 4+ days. Previously, two other local, well-known HVAC companies had come to our house to give us a proposal. The first said that this would be the most challenging system they’d ever designed; after 4 weeks, they were still working on the proposal. At that point, I called the next company and when they walked through our house, they told us upfront that the job was too big for them. Fortunately, they recommended ESA. As Bob Galla (ESA) walked through our house, he clearly understood the challenges with designing and installing ductwork and HVAC into this old house. He drew on his knowledge as an energy auditor, expertise on the Carrier and Aprilaire systems, and many years experience in designing systems for old farm houses. ESA sent me a proposal within just a few days and the price was right on target with my budget. Ryan was the overall supervisor. He and Rick led the work that was done throughout the house. They and everyone on the crew were great to work with. All of the work was carefully done and thorough, even at the smallest details. Ryan and Rick welcomed my involvement and were very responsive to my many questions. We had scheduled the install so my wife and I had two weeks to prepare the basement and attic for the work to be done. It was a lot of heavy and dusty work to clear the space for the systems and ductwork, but absolutely necessary to be done before the installation began. At the end of each work day, the ESA crew of up to a dozen workers cleaned and straightened up the job site. Bob and the crews went above and beyond to fit the HVAC systems and ducts so they took up minimal space in our attic and basement. After the install was completed, the new systems were practically invisible within our living areas - the only evidence of the new HVAC were the vents and two thermostats to control the downstairs zone and the upstairs zone. The work was completed about 3 weeks ago and everything is working beautifully. ESA has followed up several times to check on the systems and our satisfaction. The bottom line is that ESA did fantastic work! In retrospect, I don’t think there anything special about how they designed and installed the systems in our house - it is simply the way that the company conducts their business. I don’t give praise lightly, ESA earned their five stars from me in every category.

Environmental Systems Associates (ESA) is quite simply the best. I have been a loyal customer for 30+ years because the quality of their service and installation are second to none. I just purchased my third heat pump system from ESA- Cody Mills and his installation team were very courteous and knowledgeable, taking the time to fully answer all of my many questions.

Wiley, The technician was great. He came in, ddid some assessments of the furnace, made sure everything was operating properly and he was on his was. Wiley was prompt, professional, curteous, and a pleasure to meet.

Robert was courteous, thorough and informative. At the end, he explained that my bill included a years worth of community pads (two, replaced each fall) when I asked about the price on the bill

We had our system installed in 2021, maybe 2022. The process was painless and easy. Benjamin just came out for a service call and was very efficient in diagnosing the issue and fixing it.

They are wonderful to work with and highly recommended.

Dawn was very helpful in scheduling a quick service call even during the height of a wintery storm. Tarrence the technician was very knowledgeable and explained the findings well.

Technician Ibrahim was very knowledgeable and friendly. Identified the problem as well as gave us advice on some options. Also, folks in the office were very friendly setting up the apointment.

ESA was recommended by a friend who does HVAC work given their expertise with Carrier Infinity systems. Our tech, Chris, was very good. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. We have heat again just in time for Thanksgiving visitors.

To be honest, ESA does great work. I have had two systems installed by them so far. Both systems they quoted me were the highest end carrier heat pumps, and the cost was thousands less than the other quotes that I got. Would recommend working with them.

We needed a hot water heater replaced. Within two hours, ESA (Ken Griffin) had Lance, an experienced techinician onsite. He installed our new heater professionally and with care. This level of service is most appreciated.

Very honest and fairly priced. Recommended to me by the previous homeowner, and I’m very grateful for the recommendation. Willy took the time to explain the ins and outs of my HVAC system and answered all my questions, which was certainly above and beyond what I expected.

We just had our first service call with ESA- Vontae was perfect. Explained what was wrong with our furnace's gas valve, showed us how he proved it was getting the right voltage, and gave us good advice for following up with ESA's parts department so we can get a repair ASAP.
