Great experience. I called them this morning thinking they may have time to come out this week. The weather has been nice so it wasn't crucial that they come out same day but to my surprise they were available and came out the same day to look at our unit. Ivan was very professional and nice. He had the part in his truck to fix the issue. It was done fast and efficiently. I have now signed up for their service plan to have them come out twice a year for maintenance. Once during a/c season and once during heat season. Couldn't be happier.

Ivan was a great help and came out during his busy schedule to service my parent's unit when they didn't have AC during this heat wave. I recommend this company and I appreciate the speedy and quality work.

Dan came the same day that I called. The Air Conditioning was inoperable. In 90+degree outside temperature, it was very uncomfortable. He got the Air to work very soon and checked other things. I highly recommend.

These guys were life savers! My wife had told me to replace our AC unit last summer but I thought I could squeeze a few more years out of it. I swear these guys saved my marriage. My AC unit went down on a 95 degree day. I called them and they came out immediately. I was even able to speak directly with the owner while he was away on vacation on a holiday weekend. They came out ASAP, they replaced my unit quickly and efficiently. The team was very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job and my new AC unit worked better than my older unit ever did. They charged a reasonable price and set me up with a maintenance plan moving forward, so my unit will last longer. I can't thank these guys enough! I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of my future HVAC needs!

The team of SG Heating were not only very knowledgeable in their work but very honest. They listened to what we wanted and needed and also gave us additional options to aid in making the right choices for us. Had an issue with my HVAC filter that SG helped out with. A couple weeks later, the heat went out for a completely unrelated reason. SG got the heat back on and didn't charge since it was within 30 days of their last call. The two issues had nothing to do with each other, and I would have gladly paid for the second service. However, SG refused to charge for coming out. Especially nowadays, it is nice to work with a company that cares about the work and customers more than trying to squeeze an extra dollar.
