Josh was on time and very professional. He found the issue with my AC quickly, reviewed the options and fixed my AC quickly. Clearly experience matters.

Terran came out to perform some regular maintenance and was very kind, professional, and thoughtful. He answered all of my questions and did his best to make sure I was satisfied with the service before leaving.

Steven was awesome and very professional. His customer service was outstanding and will def use this service company again.

This was my 2nd time using Supertech and it was a continuation of great service. I had my furnace repaired by tech Steven Zhang. Supertech hires very nice, personable, knowledgeable people. Needed 2 parts that needed replacing. They called with status updates on the parts that needed to be ordered. Replacement only took about 30mins when the parts came in. One thing I really like about Supertech is that they are not pushy in trying to upsell their services. They come in and do the job. Of course they will have recommendations but they discuss them with you without pressuring you to agree to do them that second. I went straight to them when my furnace broke. I did not feel the need to shop around when they provided excellent service the first time. I will always recommend.

SuperTech HVAC Services (and our tech Steven) were fantastic. He was prompt and highly efficient. He explained all of the issues in detail and walked through the causes and solutions.

We had a problem about flame sensor and had fixed by HVAC. Luckily I had a great person Steven come over and help me with the problem. He is absolutely nice and high respectful for customers.

Robert did routine HVAC maintenance for us. He was on time and very professional. Very polite and explains things clearly. He cleaned the blower motor and kept the house clean. I've gotten repairs done from SuperTech several times in the past too and they do a good job.

The prices are fair and the techs have all been fantastic. They are professional, responsive, and take time to educate us on the work they're doing.

I purchased a new HVAC system from Super Tech last June. Terran came to perform seasonal maintenance on the system. He did a great job and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Terran also cleaned my gas fireplace and showed me how to turn on the pilot light. I am very happy with the service and I love the new system!

This was a great experience from start to finish. Called and they requested details and photos of issue. Confirmed it was a service they can assist with. They came in less than a week. Service tech was polite and respectful. Took time to explain everything and were reasonable. I appreciate honest reliable service so next time I am use u again. I am having them come back for other services. Highly highly recommend them. Best contractor experience I have had in a long time.

Josh at Supertech is amazing! My two year old Goodman, HVAC unit stopped working during air conditioning season and they were out here within three hours of calling. The pan under the furnace was filled with water and the safety had shut it down. Josh was extremely thorough and ended up fixing the unit and addressing other issues that the unit had …even though it’s under two years old. Apparently the builder #Warranty is no longer good. Love this company and highly recommend them and especially Josh.

I have another exceptional customer service experience with Steven Zhang from SuperTech HVAC Services today under heat wave in our area. Steve is the boss of SuperTech, but also a top notch AHVC expert, especially for ductless systems like Mitsubishi multi-split systems. When our multi-split Mitsubishi system stopped working due to improper installation, the original installer and service provder advised us replacing the whole system with an upgrade which can cost me over $10k. I called Steve for a 2nd opinion and he fixed the problem with only replacing the PC board and add a HVAC Electrical Surge Protector with very reasonable price. We are very satisfied with his work and services. With over 20 years experience in HVAC, Steve is very knowledgeable about his trade. He is proficient with different AHAC systems and products. He persistently provides top notch installation and repair services. He always take care of his customers first, attention to detail, and being professional. He set an example to his team of technicians in providing superb customer services. Again, I endorse Steve and recommend him for HVAC work without any reservations.

Our Nest had indicated there might be an HVAC issue so we had SuperTech check it out. Our tech, Steven, was fantastic! He explained what he was looking for and potential issues that may have caused the Nest to report an error. He was extremely honest and ultimately noted that there were no issues that he found. Would absolutely use SuperTech again!
