EIRE Plumbing was very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and efficient in assessing the problems and implementing a solution.

He is amazing, polite, courteous and clean! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, fix it and then leave the area as if nothing even happened or had been worked on! Highly recommend Eire Plumbing!!! We will definitely use him if anything else comes up!

While fear of finding a great plumber maybe the terror of a plumbing problem, Eire plumbing has been my locally owned and trusted plumber for many oldhone problems. They come on time, work efficiently and are extremely reasonable.

Rob was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done in detail and corrected some things past plumbers did incorrectly as well. Pricing was also reasonable and in line with other plumbers (cheaper ones we used cut corners and caused other issues). Job was completed on time and no issues so far after about a month of use. Highly recommend Rob and will continue to use him for our plumbing needs going forward.

Best plumber we have ever used (40 years in the same house in DC). Rob Clem is both a Master Plumber and a Master Gas Technician, an important combination. Replaced our hot water heater recently, an excellent, competitive price for the purchase and installation. Gas and water hookup required some additional upgrade work, as did the chimney (all confirmed via independent eyes), and Rob Clem (sole proprietor) did a superb job upgrading our hookups and chimney to meet current building codes. He was patient, professional, explained his work fully before and during, and followed up with us later. He also focused heavily on the safety of our system & our aging house: carbon monoxide risk is something to take very seriously, and Rob made our home MUCH safer ! He did a terrific job; highly recommend.

Really truly horrible experience with this company. Specifically Robert Clem. He charged double the market price even after we told him that and still charged us. Just want to prepare others if you end up working with him you’ll want to get a signed contract stating fees and pricing before ever doing business.
