I called ClimateCare to service my HVAC unit because it hadn't been done in a while. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and the technician that came to my home was courteous and very knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend ClimateCare to anyone in need of HVAC services!

I just wanted to say THANKS!

First, thank you for your personal quick response, your courtesies, and your recommendations. I now have an operational unit upstairs! As it gets warmer today the new system seems to be doing a wonderful job throughout all the rooms.

Secondly, thank you to your team. All three were very professional and very personable. They worked well together and kept me apprised of their progress and any small issues along the way. Also, the unit drop-offs and pick-ups were very well coordinated.

Yes, you do have a great team and I do appreciate the timeliness of our new unit. Our guests/family start returning next week!

The installation team was great! Carlos, John, and Ron were on time, very thorough, and explained the installation process and testing steps throughout the day. I was able to continue working from home with minimal interruptions. It was great! I am very happy with the installation and service provided by ClimateCare.

My previous HVAC company was sold recently and a neighbor recommended Climate Care. Their office staff, especially Sylvia, was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Today was my first service call and the technician, Vincent, was prompt, professional., and friendly. I am definitely very happy with Climate Care's service and would recommend them to anyone.

Last summer Marcus serviced our heat pump which was spewing hot air instead of cold air. This winter he returned for our HVAC maintenance and humidifier servicing. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing was also super reasonable. I highly recommend Climate Care - ask for Marcus!

Climate Care installed a new HVAC system for us and we just had them back for our first preventative maintenance which was included with the install. The install went as planned and the new system has been great. Vincent, who did the maintenance today, was terrific. The appointment was easy to schedule and the Tech, Vincent, was right on time. He answered all our questions, explained how the system was working and showed us what we should be looking for summer to winter and back again. Very pleased with the whole process.....including back when Steve (the owner) came several times to discuss the install, the options and pricing. Given it is an expensive investment it's good to have a company with people you know you can depend on. Would highly recommend Climate Care for install and service.

Marcus and Jacob were the Service Techs and they were professional, considerate and knowledgeable about my HVAC system. I appreciated their candor and excellent customer service. I would be happy to have them working on my team, anytime.

My wife and I reached out to ClimateCare for an AC line replacement for our single family home after another HVAC company we had previously worked with didn't return our calls. Within an hour of our submission on their user-friendly website, Steve, the company owner, reached out to us personally. What a difference!

We set up a time the next week for Paul from their Residential/Commercial Design & Sales department to do a site visit and prepare an estimate. Paul took the time to evaluate how the project could be done with minimal disruption to our finished basement, coming up with a couple creative solutions, and still delivered an estimate that was lower than or on par with the three other companies we contacted for estimates.

On the day of the project, Shawn and his installation team showed up not just on time, but early. The team walked through the project with us at the beginning of the day to make sure everything was clear. Even though I was in a meeting when the job was finished, Shawn stayed until I was available to walk through the excellent work the team had done.

We couldn't be happier with our whole experience with ClimateCare from start to finish. To make a long story short, we have a new go-to HVAC company for any future projects.

Everyone I have dealt with a Climate Care is wonderful. From the people making the appointments on the phone to the techs who come to my house to check out the HVAC system.

When the a/c unit in my rental home died I dreaded what was coming. It was early June, during a pandemic, and I had already put several thousand dollars into this place. My tenant who I consider a friend and has lived there for years was getting married in a couple of weeks and had family coming to town. It seemed bad was only getting worse.

I had several companies give me quotes and none came close to Climate care. They were able to provide me with a high quality unit for far less than their competitors.

As for personal care and quality ClimateCare was also the best I have experienced. The owner of the company gave me and my tenant his personal contact information. Paul Devito, sales manager, was knowledgeable attentive and super professional as well. They were sure to make the installation completely painless, which was great considering all of the surrounding circumstances.

Needless to say but I will be using ClimateCare Services for all of my HVAC needs. I recommend that you do the same.

We had Climate Care come out in hopes of them evaluating our systems and offer a solution for the temperature irregulation in our home. Though our original experience was not as positive, the owner Steve more than made up for that in following interactions. He called me himself to hear my concerns and to provide several affordable options before sending a technician out over the weekend. He was very respectful, responsive, and I trusted the opinions he provided were in our best interest.

Service was awesome. My technician Terrell was prompt, knowledgeable and tidy. I was nervous at first because I have an older unit. The company was able to schedule me the same day I called. I will look nowhere else for my HVAC services..

Today’s service was a Fall check-up. The tech identified that we have a humidifier (we recently bought the house). He not only explained how to use it and change the water filter for it, but allowed us to video his hands and “teaching” so we get it right when we get the replacement parts. I am so happy with the level of professionalism, on-time service, and the joy of educating customers that this company and its techs provide.

Great job installing our upgraded system! Provided us with a few options to help us figure out the best system for us. Climate Care is very professional and respectful of our property and home. The install team went above and beyond to installing our outdoor unit with a new pad. Highly recommend Climate Care for any HVAC needs.

Excellent service and friendly staff! Sharon was especially helpful getting my HVAC repaired. Only complaint is that the manufacturer, Trane, charges $260 to "process" a part covered under warranty. Of course, this is not the dealer's fault. Highly recommend Climate Care!

We had a new heat pump and air handler system installed. From the beginning of my research, Steve and his crew stood out. First, as someone who teaches and thus values communication, Steve was honest, clear, personable, and direct. He listens, as do his employees, to your questions and your requests, rather than trying to push you into something you don't need or talk down. As for the installation, his crew was two minutes early, which is the first time in my decade of home owning that a service industry person has been ready to go when they say they will. The two men who installed the system were very professional and respectful of our house. They had to deal with an afternoon thunderstorm towards the end of install, yet they did not rush. They made sure to double check that we were happy with the install and to go over all the work ourselves to see if we had any questions. They did a fantastic job on the install, quality work that the county inspector praised.

As for pricing, it was a fair value for what we were quoted from three other places. Plus, some salespersons started off Inquiries by completely ignoring questions and details provided to them. They made it feel like it was just a sale, just a job, but ClimateCare made us feel like a priority.

Carlos arrived before scheduled time since he had a cancellation, had us up and running in no time. Checked our coolant levels, and some other checks and left us with a house that was starting to cool down again. All around great experience from the initial call to request service to the service tech himself. Friendly, courteous, professional. Can't say enough. 5 stars!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent quality work. They were very respectful of our house and furnishings and left no trace of their having been here other than a beautiful two zone mini-split installation. I highly recommend ClimateCare.
