The technicians from Grove were both professional and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnose the issues and explained clearly what our air-conditioning problem was. They repaired it in a timely manner and the cost of repairs was fair and reasonable. We will continue to use Grove as our HVAC contractor.

Grove Heating and Cooling provided excellent and efficient email responses to my questions, requests, and concerns from beginning to end of the process. Grove Senior Technician, Jason Welch, provided excellent diagnostics and repairs. Jason’s diagnosis used both the observational data I provided as well as his collection of metrics to identify the defective parts. Grove ordered the parts immediately and kept me informed as to when they were expected to be delivered. Jason and his colleague scheduled and completed the repair within 24 hours of the parts delivery from the manufacturer. Their workmanship as well as Jason’s follow-through collecting metrics to verify the pressure and temperature fluctuations caused by those defective parts were resolved, were excellent. I strongly recommend Grove Heating and Cooling when you need repairs to your Mitsubishi Heat Pump.

Grove HVAC is the best. I’ve been with them for more than 20 years, I have met many of their techs and everyone has impressed me with their honesty and professionalism. I trust them for everything. I have had complete HVAC systems installed and most recently my hot water heater. My tech today was Lucas and he was great, knowledgeable, polite, very presentable and on time! I had another company come out and take a look at my HVAC system. They claimed I needed an entire new system for just about $15,000 Jason, one of the technicians at Grove came out. Did a thorough inspection and told me nothing was wrong. Honesty matters be careful who you hire. I will be signing a contract with Grove to manage my system from now on.

The technician was on time and pleasant and got our A/C unit back in operation in just about 20 minutes with a new capacitor. Highly recommend!

Grove is my go to company for all of my HVAC. They installed geothermal at our new home and we couldn't be happier. Nick was out last week to service all of the units. I asked him if he could check on a room that was noticeably warmer than the others. He discovered that the vent was never connected to the run. So, for potentially eighteen years, every owner has been heating and cooling the attic. Nick fixed it and now the room is comfortable. Excellent job!
