After a fourth visit and consultation from Mike (owner), Steve (Lead Plumber) and Zach (Assistant Plumber) a major nightmare that my daughter and her husband were experiencing was finally resolved. This “job” took a lot of planning and several scenarios were presented to them. These depended on the severity of tree roots, etc. that were obstructing the lines that lead waste/sewage away from the 40+ year old townhome.
The labor intensive and time consuming task of jetting the lines, intermittent checking with the camera and consultation with my daughter was “out of this world.” Consultation/explanation of the entire process, along with an understanding and approval from my daughter were performed in a very professional manner.
A big weight has been lifted off of my daughter. When giving a last look at the pipe that had been crammed with tree roots and branches, it was found to be absolutely clear and free of obstruction for what seemed like a mile long of pipe.
Naumann Plumbing worked with my family on costs which was very much appreciated. The knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of Steve and Zach were unsurpassed.
We have found our “family plumber “ and our prayers were answered today!

Install Rooftop Unit (RTU)
Naumann was the only trade scheduled on a certain day to run the gas lines to our new RTU. What do you know three other contractors showed up wanting to share the lift. The guys at Naumann got their work done and were courteous to the rest of the contractors as well. We will use them again.

Mike is a guy who will help out no matter what your dealing with. We have a water heater that has a solar panel hooked to it. We got turned down by many plumbers, he was willing to help us out. He gave us what we needed to have it fixed. He even called on a Saturday morning to see if it was working. Would recommend Mike sand his team!

Chris from Naumann Plumbing was outstanding. Very friendly and kept us up to date. He Diagnosed the problem quick and repaired it fast.

We've used Naumann as our regular go-to for a few calls now. They've installed a new sump pump, new toilet, identified and fixed leaks, and probably some other things that I've forgotten. They're always responsive and helpful, and the hourly rate seems reasonable compared with other "expensive" plumbing bills that I've had before them. They've always been great and are up front with any issues that they run into.

I am impressed and amazed by the plumbers and customer service at Naumann over and over again. They are courteous, explain things well, give options, and have gone above and beyond many times. I trust each plumber who we have worked with (on this occasion it was Anthony and Zach in particular, but we have worked with others). Do not hesitate to call Naumann. I feel taken care of and I feel like I can trust them.
