Lyons Plumbing did a fantastic job repairing our old American Standard shower faucets (and assuring us that there was continued support to repair rather than replace old hardware). We look forward to working with them in the future.

I called Lyons Plumbing to fix an annoying shower leak that had been getting worse over the course of a year. Dan was professional and very communicative during the entire process. He sent Mark out to fix the problem and he was also amazing! He kept me updated on all of the small issues he was fixing and he installed the entirely new shower faucet I bought. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. I will only use them going forward and I am so glad to say that I now "have a plumber"!

Let me tell you how much I love Lyons Plumbing!!! I've been using them for the last couple of years and have always been satisfied with their services. But in early October 2023, I woke up and had no water in the house. I didn't even hesitate, called Lyons Plumbing at 6:45am and not only was answered by a real person, but was promised someone would be out mid-day. A few hours later, I got a call that my mother had been taken to the emergency room and I needed to get there right away. But I also needed water at my house. I called Lyons and they were quick to say that they would still come out if I was comfortable leaving access to the house. Because of the excellent service I'd received over the last few years, I didn't hesitate. Mark came to my house, assessed the need for a new well pump and immediately called to keep me in the loop. The next day, while I was at the hospital, Mark came to my house, replaced and tested everything and called to let me know I now had water!
I cannot begin to describe how much it meant to me to have someone that I trust have access to my house and perform a major repair without me even being there! They continued to call and text to ask how my mom was doing. Where else are you going to get THAT kind of service?? It meant the world to me. Thanks, Lyons!!

Mark and Dan were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I kept expecting little things to pop up and inflate the price of the estimate, but nope. Even the bits they explicitly warned me that I might have to cover (like additional copper pipes), ended up just being included in the original quoted price.
And the quoted price? Nearly half of what Ben Franklin quoted me for installing a water heater.
I'll definitely be calling Lyons first for any future plumbing needs.
