Ron Air, Inc. installed our original HVAC system 34 years ago and have been there every step of the way, including after 30+ years replacing our Heat Pumps that have lasted and worked many years longer than anyone expected....all because of their great service!

My system was installed yesterday. The two technicians (Joe and Josh) were very professional and courteous. They also cleaned up afterwards. I haven't owned the system (a Trane heat pump) long enough to experience performance and service, but I am very happy so far.

I went with Ron Air based on a friend's recommendation. They were courteous, prompt with all responses and great to work with. Pricing was comparable with our other estimates, but with the bonus of a BGE rebate, they beat the competition. Would certainly call them again.

We just used their services for what we thought was major ended up minor. From the initial call to the quick response, they were fantastic and so professional. Very knowledgeable and super reasonable too! I asked them about a yearly service agreement too and even that to come twice a year to service the units was awesome pricing! Nice locally owned company if anyone needs their services. Wore masks too and super safe!

RON AIR has provided excellent service on our heat pump systems for over 15 years; our 20 year old systems recently failed and Ron Air installed 2 new TRANE systems. All work was done professionally, installation looks great both inside and out.

The true meaning of the word "product" in a business is the service it provides customers. Ron Air is a Trane distributor and you can get the "hardware" or similar device from any other company. Ron Air has a great product in Trane, what makes Ron Air outstanding is the service it provides. I have been dealing with Ron Air servicing my HVAC system since building the house 18 years ago. This week I had to replace one of the A/C and furnace units. If their service department had been tops for 18 years, their installation department is just as good. We just had a HVAC system replaced by the most professional and courteous technicians. We have been using Ron Air for 30 years and my parents used them before that. We will never use any other company. Steve explained every step of the way as he was replacing our unit. I thought I was being a nuisance, but he never hesitated to answer my questions.

Ron Air has been servicing the A/C system in this house sincce it was installed 28 years ago... It finally gave up the ghost. 8 years past its life expectancy. They made two $200 repairs since we bought this home 14 years ago... We didn't even get other bids... we just had them replace teh entire system and they did a excellent installation job... They took extra time and gave us extra effort and materials that weren't part of the anticipated work. Even though we had the A/C unit moved to a different locations the results are aestically pleasing as they patched the old siding and eve "holes" that were not longer needed.

Ron Air is a first rate family owned HVAC company. They installed a Trane AC and Furnace in our home and cannot be happier. Love quality American made product installed by a reputed local small business. Highly recommended!

Ron Air installed my original A/C Gas Furnace combo when my home was built 19 years ago so I thought I would let them replace the unit when it finally chilled its last BTU. Ron Air replaced our furnace earlier this month. They were efficient and did a great job installing the furnace and we are pleased with the unit. I really liked that their staff is very down to earth and they were very patient and did not seem annoyed that I took a lot of time to research furnaces and ask many questions. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

I've used Ron Air for over 30 years, they have always done quality professional work whether doing installation, maintenance, or repair. They just installed new heat pumps for me and as usual were on time, totally professional, and courteous.

Ron Air really is as good as everyone says they are. I have been using Ron Air for all my HVAC repair and maintenance for several years and am never disappointed. Today they replaced an air-conditioning unit and coil. Same great dependable service as always. Very happy.
